I feel that this day in age, people are so quick to write a negative review but rather reluctant to write a positive one. Unfortunately, I tend to be that type of person unless, of course, the level of service I received was truly above and beyond exceptional. My experience with Connection Roofing was most certainly above and beyond exceptional. The frustration of dealing with unexpected weather damage is already very overwhelming. We seemed to take a direct hit during a particularly severe thunderstorm with both wind and hail beating down on our beloved first home. The damage was extensive and after putting out a Facebook APB for help, an acquaintance put me in contact with Ashton Pennington of Connection Roofing. Let me take a moment to explain that I, myself, am a Commercial Construction Project Manager so I tend to play dumb when dealing with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors pertaining to repairs or work I need done on my home to see if someone is going to try and take advantage of my ""lack of knowledge"" being that I'm a woman that couldn't possibly know anything about construction (not at first glance anyway .) I was pleasantly surprised with how honest, fair and forthright Ashton was in his assessment of the damages to my home. He knew exactly what he was talking about and didn't try to mislead me into thinking I needed upgrade this or change that just so he could make some extra money on the deal. He even met with my insurance assessor and pointed out items completely irrelevant to his own scope of work to make sure that our insurance took care of us for other damaged items as well, like our garage door, window screens and outdoor A/C units. In the end, we got a brand new beautiful roof (much more durable than the one we had before) for both our home and our outdoor shed plus the money we needed to address the other damaged items that we would have never realized if Ashton hadn't pointed them out to our insurance assessor. The payout we received from insurance versus the actual cost of repairs ended up being offset enough that we didn't have to pay our deductible out of pocket and were even able to upgrade to a more premium shingle for our roof replacement. It's companies like Connection Roofing and hard-working, honest individuals like Ashton that all homeowners need working in our favor. I cannot express my extreme satisfaction enough. No amount of advertising will ever do the justice that word of mouth referrals can achieve and my referrals will all go to Connection Roofing. Thank you, guys and thank you, Ashton!

Up front, I wanted to say that I have not personally used Connection for my own personal residence. However, I did want to comment on the ethical and integrity side of things. I do personally know elements of the leadership group, and I can attest to their high level honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical code of conduct. Specifically I have known Jordan for many years, and he is someone who has impeccable integrity and will assess and work with your situation according to his word. If anything ever varies or deviates from an original estimate or work plan, he will keep you informed and ask for your approval before proceeding with those variant but necessary work efforts.

They were polite and courteous, they gave us a great deal and the best part of all.....they cleaned up their mess when they finished!!!!! Roofers NEVER do that!!!
