After reading these reviews, I really wanted to hire Alex to do our job. Nothing too difficult, just repairing ten small second floor bottom window sills that had rot damage. I called Alex, set up an meeting, and he confirmed it. Day of meeting (I took half a day off work to be there) he never showed up, never called and never returned my calls or texts. Shortly after I called from a different phone number to which he quickly picked up, but as soon as I said who I was he hung up. Again I never met him in person, so don't know what caused him to have this reaction. Just wish these contractors would be courteous enough to say ""I don't want the job"" instead of wasting our time.

Alex and his crew did a great job replacing my wooden pergola and fixing some issues with an upstairs balcony surface and railing. The quality of the work was excellent, and Alex communicated clearly throughout the process. They showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Job was completed on-time and on-budget and I feel like I got a great value. I will definitely go to Connection Construction again for home repairs and upgrades!

Alex responded quickly and provided a free estimate. They conducted the repairs of our exterior fascia/trim and then painted all the fascia and trim. Arrived promptly every morning and even worked on the weekends to get the project done timely. Looks great and like new.

I worked with Alex - he showed up early for our appointment (one painter I made an appointment with didn't show up at all), gave me the estimate and his team started work that night since we were in a hurry to list it for sale. Alex and his crew came to our home on time and very professional. He built a gate in our backyard using lattice (so our puppies could see who was coming through the yard, while not attacking them as they came through). I had a hard time envisioning it, but Alex made some suggestions, and I trusted him to bring to life what I envisioned. And, it was perfect! My pups can now see through the spaces of the lattice who is unlocking the main gate without going too nutty. Thank you Alex! We can't wait to work with you on our next project!
