Curtis & team are fantastic! After A horrible experience with a new install from Areli Roofing, which left us with a leaking roof for 4 years, Curtis was finally able to diagnose the issue with our building & drew up plans for a new roof install.

We collect rainwater, and the original roof Areli Roofing installed was not even rated correctly for water collection. Curtis got us the correct type of roof for a fair price.

We waited for 2 weeks of sunny weather and they got to work! We are a working business & Concord Roofing was great about keeping things as tidy as possible, and cleaning up the site daily as well as a great final cleanup when they were done.

4 months of heavy rains later, and not a drop inside!

Curtis is a great dude. He's straight forward, no BS, and his prices are more than fair.

For example, he gave me a ballpark verbal estimate to which I was agreeable to, then he came back with a written estimate that was substantially cheaper. To me, that really showed his character. He could have easily quoted me more and increased his margins, but he instead gave me the absolute best price that he could. Not only that, his team showed up within 24 hours and knocked it out.

To the woman who got her feelings hurt and wrote a poor review, to that I say; Curtis is a roofer, not a therapist, he runs an honest business, and to give him 1 star because you feel he addressed you as a quote 'dumb woman', seems a little puerile and reactive. Give the dude a little grace and judge his work and his prices. I don't write many reviews, but he's now done two different repairs on my rotten header boards (and replaced decking) on my tile roof, and I felt compelled enough to look up my old yelp password and let people know about my positive experience.

We had a problem with the roof at our community mailbox and called Curtis. Though it is a small job, he went to the site and realized it was a minor repair - the ridge cap was loose & dislocated. Instead of calling me back, setting up an appointment and coming back out, he had the roof repair done while there the first time at no charge. He called to let me know it was done! I really appreciate his honesty and quick service and willingness to just get it done while there since it was not a major repair. We manage HOAs and will be calling Concord Roofing for future roof repair needs and I plan to get a bid for my person home since Curtis was GREAT to respond and was kind & honest.

Curtis Neely and his crew at Concord Roofing installed a new roof on my house 11 years ago with perfect results. A few weeks ago, I noticed a small ceiling leak in my bathroom. The leak happened after another contractor, who did very poor work, had installed a new fixture in my bathroom ceiling. Curtis came out quickly, climbed up to the roof to take a look, and before I knew it, had the leak repaired within minutes - all at no charge! Talk about standing behind your work! Great service! Curtis was excellent. We called numerous roofing companies and Curtis (the owner of Concord Roofing) was the only company to call us back (maybe I should never of said small leak:)). Curtis arrived on time, assessed the problem, found the area where the leak was coming from and fixed it on the spot. Then he went above & beyond by checking the rest of the roof and caulked around a few vents that were potential problems for the future. So, I feel like he was honest on top everything else. We went from worrying about a situation to being fully satisfied within an hour.

Price was very reasonable as well. We would not hesitate to use - or recommend - Curtis & Concord roofing in the future.

Concord just finished up my roof replacement. Curtis was great to work with - always quick to respond, very professional and hard working. I was amazed at how fast he was able to pull permits and get the work scheduled, and at a price that beat the other bids I got!
