Our roof was badly damaged during the Downburst Storm in June 2019. It's taken this long to get the shingle manufacturer to honor their warranty but that's finally settled. Through it all, Ted Hogue @ Concord Roofing was supportive and patient. We just finished using Concord for our new roof and I can't say enough good things about Ted and his installation team. Unlike all other companies and contractors, I found Ted being a very honest and transparent guy and most importantly one phone call away before, during and after my roof was replaced.

Ted has excellent customer service and sat down with my wife and patiently explained the repair process. He worked closely with our insurance company and replaced the roofing and repaired and stained the fence, the chimney siding and the shed. His crew ( especially Junior) was meticulous and covered our pool, flowerbeds and kept all construction material and nail away from our house. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high quality materials and worked within the budget.
