I usually do not write bed reviews but this company really is ridiculous.
I contacted the company over 1 month ago Thursday, March 25th and I was told by Cristine (owner) that someone ""Ashley"" will call me to set up an appointment for the estimate. The next day Ashley called me and said that Monday someone will come out to take the measurements for the estimate. NOBODY SHOWED UP...so I called and I was told that the person who was supposed to come cannot make it and would come the next day when I was not able myself to be there for the estimate. Ashley said she will call me back to set up another day...SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I want to give them another chance and I call again 1 month later on Thursday, April 22Nd. I also asked Ashley and Cristine(owner) what happened that I was never called back since and they try to trick me by saying ""Ohhh, we called you and sent you email"" B... S... no record of any at all. Following that, I was told again that Friday, April 23rd someone will come out between 1-2pm to take measurements and that I should receive my estimate Friday, but no later then Monday. Guess what.... NOBODY SHOWED UP, AND NO ESTIMATE, EMAIL OR AT LEAST A CALL!!!!
REALLY???? HOW COULD You EVER TRUST A COMPANY GIVING THEM $15,000.00 for a few days job when they mistreat you like this. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.... And all the owner Cristine could brag about is how they are the best in their field. WHAT A FAKE JOKE YOU ARE...

They repaired my roof due to a leak in September 2017. I went up to take a look at their work, and was very disappointed. I took photos of their results. I left messages, and emails to have them return to straighten all the crooked tiles, and close some openings they created. I was ignored by the owner week after week.
I had to report these Roofers to The Better Business Bureau, including photos. Wow, suddenly they decided to stop ignoring me. In several email responses to The BBB, the roofer's owner was disrespectful, and sarcastic about me, the paying customer. (GJ) was so rude and angry in his emails I had to ask myself: Do I really want this Roofing Company on my property again? Do I trust this person to be near me or my property with his temper? No, I knew I could never trust him again.
I think on a good day he could do a better job. How does he explain the mess I was left with, by ""one of his best men, as he called him""? I will never be able to explain this bad experience I had with my roof, and their owner's temper. I would not recommend them based on my experience, and other complaints they have received. I expect the owner to swiftly respond with some rationalization of this matter, and attack me again for this complaint. Good luck to all those proud home owners out there, and demand high standards of anyone that works on your home.

While looking for a roofing company, I came across Complete Roofing Solutions in West Palm Beach and gave them a call. The owner, George Jacobazzi, responded quickly and came to my home. He took his time with me and all of my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the service and work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
