POOR WORKMANSHIP. WORTHLESS WARRANTY.
We have 5 roofs that were replaced by Complete Roofing. 3 of the 5 new roofs leaked enough water to make puddles on the floors. They fixed one, I fixed one, and the third one they tried to fix twice, now they refuse to fix it. All three leaks seem to be caused by poor workmanship with the flashing and drip edges.
The one they refuse to fix is on our personal home. We hired Complete Roofing to replace the entire roof, replace all gutters and flashing, and install gutter leaf guards. Our bathroom was flooded the first time it rained after the new roof was installed. The water leaked into the soffit, around the bathroom window, and streamed down the interior wall. They tried to fix it twice. The second time they tried to fix it they managed to prevent the bathroom from flooding but water still leaked into the soffit above the window. Now the soffit and fascia have rotted out from the inside and we have visible water damage around the outside of the bathroom window. I have been trying to get them to fix it for many months but they suddenly cut off all communication with me. My only option is to hire another company to redo this area of the roof, including: remove the gutters, install proper flashing, and replace the rotted soffit and fascia wood, repaint this area, and reinstall the gutters. We are very disappointed with Complete Roofing.

I'm sad to say I can't recommend them. First, I'd like to say everything was going along exceptionally well as the customers here have said! I was AMAZED at the experience. Unfortunately, my home has experienced some damage. Chad, the owner, shared why the damage happened, which I expressed my appreciation with his candor, honesty, and exceptional knowledge. I also had to express my sadness that my hubby and I were not made aware of the possibility of damage. I'd hoped to have a resolution, but Please be careful when you hire this or any roofer if you have an older home. We now have holes where some of the job was done. I freaked out when I saw it and put a stop payment on the check written (until I got a call back). I got a quick call back the very next day by the owner! Things were looking as if they were going to be resolved! We reached an agreement! We would give the check back and Someone would come and cut the heartyplank siding to make it look even (which would work I believe). It was almost a done deal until I mentioned I would want to caution future customers with older homes to ask about the possibility of damage of they changed the shingles---something very frightening happened after I made that comment! The owner did a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde and yelled ""I'm taking the offer off the table and putting a lien on your house!!!!!!"" Just like that, the possible resolution was gone. I'm baffled, but am frightened by this man and the way he lost it. At this point, we will be paying this company in full and will take it as a lesson learned. Please know I give a thumbs up to everyone in this company, except the owner. The employees were exemplary and professional! I truly mean that, but if you have an older home, go with another company or ask about any damage that might happen to your home during installation and how it will be resolved. I now have to pay for the job and the extra damage. What a sad ending to what was almost another great review. Total Roofing, you will get your money and I will pay for the damages done. I don't want this to happen to any future customers, so I'm sharing my experience. I'm happy for all the people who had a great experience with this company. I had hoped we were going to be another.

These guys were amazing. From the inspection, to their help with ""guiding"" the insurance company to make the right decision, to the finished job, I could not have asked for more. Their attention to details like extra flashing around my dormer windows, and weather striping between the shingles and soffit, the finished job was superlative. My neighbor who used another roofer is jealous now that he can see the extra detail put into my roof. Great Job!!!!

If anyone is planning a roof replacement, my husband and I had an excellent experience working with Complete Roofing (Woodstock, GA) recently on ours. Our sales rep Daniel Culbreth was professional, honest and excellent at follow-up. He worked closely with our insurance company to provide the information he knew they needed. The team of roofers who came in were efficient and hard-working. We have a very large roof and they sent enough men to get the job done in one day including all of the cleanup, which they also did an excellent job on. Our project manager Jake was also great to work with. Daniel and Jake made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Complete Roofing.

I had my roof and gutters replaced over 5 years ago. I highly recommended Complete Roofing any time I was asked. They are punctual. They readily communicate. Professional. They handled the insurance claim on my behalf. Cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks fantastic.

About 2 months ago I was having issues with water leaking off the roof between my gutters and facia board in several areas around the house. Since the roof was under warranty, I called to see what could be done. After several phone calls, texts, and photos, we scheduled for a repair/instillation of a drip strip for my gutters. I have no water leaks! Even after 5 years, this company is determined to getting the job done properly. They sympathized with my concern and corrected the problem, even though 5 years had passed. I'm convinced no matter how much time passes, this company will listen to your concern and do everything possible to make it right as they stand behind their work. I recommended them 5 years ago. After this minor incident and how they handled it, I will continue to recommend Complete Roofing to everyone in the future.

I would not recommend this contractor due to my personal experience. Complete Roofing did a roof inspection on my home, told me that I had hail damage and convinced me to file an insurance claim, but did not stand by their roof inspection report when my insurance company denied the claim.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Kevin our consultant was just great and explained everything to us completely. We knew we had a small leak but did not know until the inspection that we had hail and wind damage too. Kevin handled everything from inspecting the roof to talking with our insurance people and checked back after the installation of the new roof to make sure we were happy. The whole process was handled professionally from the tear off of the old roof to the installation of the new. When the guys installing the roof left you could not even tell they had been there, no mess or clean up needed, just a great looking new roof! We could not be happier. My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof and the positive experience provided by Complete Roofing Systems. After inspecting our roof and providing a well- documented report of the damage he found our salesman, Jameson explained the insurance claims process so we would know exactly what to expect. Once we received payment from our insurance company, we were quickly contacted by CRS to schedule our roof installation. I was impressed with the attention to detail. The roofing materials were neatly placed on our driveway the day before installation. The roof was installed the next day and the crew picked up all of the debris - you couldn't tell they were there. Later that afternoon we met with the Project Manager and walked around the house to be sure we were pleased with the work and answered all of our questions.
