They did a great job on our roof, but it turns out that the roof wasn't the reason we were experiencing the leak we were claiming, and they failed to catch that during their coordination with our insurance.

That's an easy oversight, I guess, since our roof was in rough shape anyway. If the issue ended there, I'd be fine, but my complaint is really with getting anyone to get back to me has been a nightmare. They sent someone out very quickly to check on their work, and he was a delight, but then I heard nothing from anyone in their ""warranty department"" or their ""insurance specialist"" who happen to both be the same woman who's voicemail box tells you to email her. That's never a good sign. The person who came out told me he was going to call her directly when he left my home, and I saw him getting on the phone with her, but she claimed that she wouldn't get his report back for five business days. Eight business days later, I followed up yet again, and she tells me within ten minutes that it's not her problem. I push back and ask for more clarity, so she tells me she would get back to me in about one business day, by the end of the day yesterday after she talked to their insurance specialist."" Apparently, she meant attorney, because today at noon (so not yesterday), I got what I would describe as a cease and desist letter from their attorney citing my original requests in verbatim language from my emails. Cool. I get it, it's not their problem that they + my insurance didn't notice my chimney leak as they were eager to replace my roof. But maybe someone could have at least made sure that this conversation didn't take three weeks to resolve before I finally called my insurance and opened another claim. It's been pretty rainy here, guys. Would have been nice to not have three additional weeks' of damage (plus the two years since they repaired the roof) as their person told me, ""It's probably a pretty slow leak, so I think you're fine.""

Definitely don't recommend them, since at some point you'll have to deal with this one woman show in their small office, and she is either overworked or just in the business of making sure they never have to pay for one penny more than what the insurance has paid them.

Ari & Complete Roofing were awesome in helping me through the process of filling my claim and had great advice to make it as easy as possible. The roof looks great and my experience was as well. They really care about your satisfaction and experience. Highly recommended.
