I reached out to Nir to preemptively replace the underlayment on our roof as we were getting solar panels installed and didn't want any future hassle of having to remove the panels to inevitably address the underlayment if an issue were to arise. The asphalt paper underneath the concrete tiles were getting old and began to flake (~18 years old). Perhaps this could have gone a lot longer but we didn't want to deal with it later on again. He assured us that using the Westlake Tile Seal (formerly Boral Tile Seal) was the best option beneath tiles and based on our research this was indeed the case between roofers and contractors alike as it was highly water resistant and rated for 30 years.

The scope of work that Nir presented for us was thorough (i.e. included metal flashings, pipes, metal edge drips, and mastic to help seal up different areas) and was very much comparable to what we were quoted from other roofers. His estimate was very reasonable and he was always responsive when we reached out. We also had him take a look at the patio roofing that had asphalt shingles on top, though due to the relatively flat pitch some other roofers had recommended going with torched down shingles. Nir gave his honest evaluation of the patio roof and told us it wasn't necessary to replace it given that there was no active leak or rotting underneath the patio. I appreciated his honesty and kept that option in mind for further down the line.

The permitting process was probably the longest as is the case in any city, but once we received our building permit they were able to complete the underlayment replacement in about 4 days. They kept our space clean and came at around 9AM in the morning knowing that the noise would be loud and they wanted to be respectful of our neighbors.

We only did the back section of the roof for now due to the solar installation timeline, but we're glad they were able to look at the whole roof in terms of sections. And of course cost is always a factor as most people don't want to address their roof until there's an issue but we wanted to take care of it before there were any issues. I looked over the details using a drone and everything was in ordered. I sent Nir pictures and he clarified any concerns that we had both before and after the project. He offered to have his roofer come by during our solar installation to ensure that the framing would not cause a leak or issue with the roof. Glad to have this because we do have a new project manager on board.

Will certainly be working with him again in the future!

We were in need of having our roof replaced due to age/wind damage. Leon came out to inspect and quote right away.

Although they were booked out a few weeks, Leon did everything to get the job done within about 2 weeks from the time we accepted his quote. Leon was great and no matter what he was doing, he answered his phone and texted promptly when we had questions or concerns.

The entire demolition and reinstallation of materials was done in less than a week, and that was with an inspection failing due to the existing plywood on the roof not being installed correctly to meet current building codes.

We are 100% satisfied with the installation, the craftsmanship and the cost of the project.

Final project cost was a better value than the other companies we got quotes from, and we will happily recommend Complete Roofing in the future.

Due to the extremely heavy rains, I needed to call Leon for a touch up. This was a full year after his original job. I was a little hesitant to reach out to him, since such a long time had passed. But I needn't have been concerned. As always, he was responsive, kind, and professional. Leon stands by his work and gets the job done properly and thoroughly. Best roofer I've ever used.

I hired this company to replace a small portion of my roof. The day before installation I got a call from the owner asking to come by and see the roof one more time. I said not to come to my home because I was not going to be there (verbally and in a text message). This was ignored and two men came to my home thinking that i was not there, why ? I dont know for sure.
They discovered that the gate was locked, so they decided to put a ladder over my block wall and trespass on my property ANYWAY!!!
My ring device alerted me and I saw the men coming over my block wall and go onto my roof at NIGHT!! I thought I was having a home invasion and ultimately had to got the hospital.

The company has ignored my requests for them to pay my hospital bill and the cost that I will have to pay to get the work done due to their incompetence and ignoring my statements not to come onto my property.

I filed a police report, contacted the contractors state license board, bond company and will file suit. I have text messages and ring video to prove my point. Here are some snap shots from the video provided to the police. You make your own decision about this!

I contacted Nir to correct or replace a gutter job gone bad after a termite fumigation. He was extremely responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. Nir was the only contractor who actually got up on the roof to survey it - and found a few small things that also needed repair.

Others who I contacted also said they had a backlog - but Nir came out quickly and right on time.

I highly recommend Nir for your gutter and/or roofing needs.
