It took a few days after calling to get someone to return our call for someone to come out for a estimate. When they finally came out they left without telling us or giving the estimate, it's been 3 weeks and haven't been quoted a price or contacted by the office. Not a professional company

We called this company to repair some trim on the outside of our house. They said that they could do it. It took over 2 months (and many phone calls trying to get them out to our house) before it was finally repaired. On top of all of that, they did not even paint the trim. When we called and asked them about it, they said that they told us at the beginning that they do not paint (which they did not). We would not have hired them to repair trim on our house and leave it unpainted. Now we have to hire someone else.

I called this company about a month after my home warranty expired (one year). A piece of siding had slipped. I was surprised this happened after only 13 months but it needed to be fixed. The communication was excellent and they gave me a quote. I thought it was high but the work needed to be done. The employee came out promptly and it took him on a few minutes to secure the siding. He was extremely polite and efficient. I asked how it could have fallen after only a year and he said it had no nail holes so it was never secured. I relayed this information to my contact. I honestly did not expect an invoice (although it was out of warranty) as I thought they would have been embarrassed they missed a section. However I did receive an invoice which I paid. But I will probably not call them back again if I need any repairs or improvement. I no longer have confidence in their quality.
