I don't know how they do in other cities, but in Madison i recommend any, I mean any contractor except Complete Exteriors. They do not handle the permit required. I started with them the first week of November 2022. Today is 1/4/2023. Still no permit. They said they would handle it. They didn't. The owner, Joe Boyd, even took over the project. He perfPemex at the same level as his salesman. The city was waiting on him. Spent days trying to get action. None taken for getting the final permit from the city of Madison.

That was our experience. I checked with others in our neighborhood in Madison. No other homeowners had an issue from other contractors. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company, especially if you live in Madiso, MS.

My experience with Complete Exteriors, LLC is that their promises are not done and their quality of workmanship is lacking. The roof installation was better than the gutter installation which they subbed out to ornery installers who did not follow job requirements. My roof leaks behind the gutters. They made attempts to stop the leaks, but failed and the leaks are much worse. They don't return phone calls. That's a problem when the only on-site workmen don't speak English and are damaging a prized bonsai tree. The tree subsequently died. I'm still finding nails and debris from the tear off. Two nails found the edge and sidewall of my tires requiring the purchase of four new tires. This review is a warning that this company has poor communication between management and workers so homeowner requirements are ignored. They did not use fall protection: your homeowner insurance might be needed. If you decide to hire Complete Exteriors, you should check for leaks after a few rains before making their final payment because after it you are history to them and their labor warranty is useless.

Our roof was hail & wind damaged and needed a complete replacement. This company was recommended to us by our daughter who recently had roof replacement on her home. Complete Exteriors not only addressed the immediate needs but they also recommended important upgrades which my insurance company got us a fully covered replacement with architectural shingles and ridge vents. Complete Exteriors not only addressed the immediate needs but they also recommended important upgrades which my insurance company partially covered - e.g., ridge vents to replace turbines, architectural shingles, a higher quality felt. The net result is I have so much more value added to my home with little more than my insurance deductible out of pocket. The Job itself was done promptly, per specifications, and without issues.

Erick and team did a complete new roof for my home and I am more than happy with the finished result. They did an excellent job and they did a GREAT job of keeping the work area clean / clear of debris during and after installation and none of my landscaping was damaged or disturbed and over a week later and I have yet to find a single nail! I even had a neighbor compliment the great work Complete Exteriors did!
