I called competent roof services about 4 months ago for an estimate on a small amount of roof damage. Anthony responded quickly to my voice message, showed up and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He quickly got the materials and installed in a short turnaround.
Now, hurricane Milton caused some additional damage to the roof, I contacted Anthony and three hours later he is here to do the repair. He was able to reuse the shingles that blew off, it took him maybe 20 minutes, shook my hand and said no charge.
Old school way of doing business, no corporate bull****. Highly recommend.

A while back, we had a leak in one of our bathrooms that we returned to from vacation. We called Competent Roof Services and they were able to fix it that day, within 4 hours! Neat, professional and knew what they were doing. Great service!

I just had another issue that I thought MIGHT be roof related. I called Michael and he came right over. It turns out the problem was a gutter issue and he detected it and pointed it out immediately. He could have tried to claim it was a bigger issue and involved the roof and therefore get some paid work out of it, but he didn't! That sort of honesty is rarely found these days! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

We needed a brand new roof and wasn't sure where to turn. Somebody recommended Competent Roof services, and I couldn't be happier! Working with them prior to the roof being started was a breeze, Jamie was always available for questions as was Geoff. They responded quickly and made everything so easy. They started the job on the day they said they would and they finished it quickly. When they were done, the clean up was amazing you would never have even known. I just had a roof put on my house. I highly recommend this company if you need a roof!

I've used Competent Roofing for repairs twice (several years apart), and both times they responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and did the repairs immediately (the first time for LESS than they had estimated; the second time, they discovered another needed repair, but still kept to the original estimate). Great decision and experience hiring this company. They were recommended by another contractor we were using. They tore off the old roof in one day. Had the new tile placed on the roof 2 days later (delay from loading company) They completed the job the following day. So impressive that 3 of our neighbors have hired them.
