Very important quality in a roofer is the communication as well, Stephen almost always picks up the phone to address issues. 10/10 communication.

After calling many roofers on a Saturday afternoon Stephen was prompt to respond after filling out ""request a quote"". Was able to make it out and fix the issue same day. He was honest friendly and didn't try to oversell. It's hard to find a reliable roofer and I'm glad I've found one. Highly recommend!

Stephen responded to my inquiry within the hour of my post. We had a bad leak and another storm was due to roll in. Because it was last minute we told him we would be happy with a tarp just to stop the leak until another day when he had time to fix the leak. He fit me in his busy schedule. He inspected the roof and offer to actually fix the leak later that day. He showed photos of the roof damage, explained what went wrong and what it would take to fix it. His estimate was more than reasonable. Literally within 8 hours of my original request the roof was fixed. I will be referring anyone who will listen to Compass Roofing. Thanks again Stephen!

The owner (Stephen) contacted me immediately after I called or sent an email. He showed up on time, inspected my roof, and gave me the report and pictures that evening. There were a couple of things he found that needed to be repaired, he and the crew came out the early the following week (in this Houston heat over 100 degrees) and made the repairs, took more pictures and had them back to me in just a few minutes to an hour.

He is honest and from what I have seen does excellent work and I am looking forward to having him do some siding work on the house next!

Do not hesitate to at least give him a chance to beat any other quotes you have received for work! It is always nice to find companies that treat you like they did 20 - 30 years ago, honest and fair!
