I'm preemptively giving them a five star review, I contacted this company yesterday because I thought I had a roof leak. They had somebody coming out the following day mid morning, person showed up exactly on time, he was incredibly nice came in it looked at where the roof leak was, he got up into my attic and came back down within a couple of minutes to let me know immediately that he wanted to stop and wanted to make sure that it wasn't the AC before we continued on with the roof repair. There are some things on the roof that need to be worked on, but before he continued and quoted me for repair work for the roof, he wanted to make sure I contacted the AC company to see if it wasn't a drip pan in the attic that was causing the leak. The reason why I am immediately giving a five star review off of this is because a lot of companies these days are just going to quote you and tell you that the repair work needs to be done regardless of whether or not they're 100% sure. This company wanted to make sure that I was 100% sure that I was getting the issue that I am needing fixed fixed regardless if that was through to them, or through an AC company. If it turned out to be the AC company he gave me his card showed me the pictures of the work that eventually will need to be done on the roof so that I can contact them for a quote for that and told me to call him back if it was not the AC in that they would come back out immediately get me that quote and get my roof leak fixed. It's hard to find good quality people these days that actually care about their customers versus just making more dollars in their pocket, and I can't tell this company how much I appreciate the fact that they did not just take advantage of somebody in order to get some business.

After the massive storm last week on Tuesday March 15, 2022, a leak developed and rain poured in over my guest's bed during the night. She got soaked, the bed and linens also were soaked. She slept with a trash can in her bed.
I called about 5 companies because rain was still anticipated but most could not see me for a while.
Meanwhile Compass Roofing pulled into the driveway with 2 workers who took pictures and issued a report. We waited for a quote and meanwhile the 2 wonderful workers fixed the problem.
I spoke with Dakota today and he emailed me a very good price with a report.

So, I really appreciated the First Responders, Compass Roofing. Thank you again.
