They are currently doing all the townhomes in Sunrise in Ewa and weeks after they did my building, I'm still finding roofing nails and staples in our roads/driveways. I also walk my dog in the neighborhood and notice the same nails and staples. I try to pick it up if I see it because who is responsible if I can't get to work or stuck on the road because of a flat. Be better guys. May I suggest running through the area with a wheeled magnet???

If you are going to drive like an idiot and not obey traffic signs and markings, as well as cutting people off, I suggest you don't use your company's vehicle. First impression are everything and I suggest you first change your image as a driver... Your driving habits to some degree dictates the kind of worker you possible are, careless and wreckless...

Driver speeding in residential community (Kalaeloa-Mahana) on Bougainville Street, Wednesday 5/15/2019 morning while children are walking to school/waiting for school bus. Flying over speed humps and disregarding stop sign. Not something employees should be doing while driving a company vehicle......

They are currently working in our complex, contracted to replace all the roofing on every building. Our complex has 20+ buildings and they are suppose to finish in April 2018. They have only completed 1 building since they started in August 2017. Their production seems slower to other competitors. In addition to this, they are tying up 50% of the visitor parking in our complex for their mobile equipment. The crews are poorly managed. They have a 10-12 man crew and shouldn't take any longer than 5 days to demo and replace the roofing shingles per building.

Our homeowners association contracted out our roof repair to CRW and the initial work was not completed to our satisfaction. Our property manager contacted them, and they not only came back to fix the initial work but completed additional services as a way to say sorry. As the president of the association, I am pleased with the professionalism and the way they handled themselves when faced with a repair that was not up to our standards. If they treat all their customers this way, I would highly recommend them.
