Stay far away from these guys. So sad to see a quality contractor turn into a bunch of cons. Did not finish the install. Damaged the existing roof. Will not return phone calls.
Collier county residence, please file a complaint with the county so we can keep Richard and the rest of the gang out of Collier County.

I would not recommend Comfort Cover systems! I have had two roofs put on my mobile unit. The first blew off during Irma and now have a second roof. Roof system and workmanship is good however their covering becomes covered in black mold. After several calls they did come out to clean it but the mold returned in 5 months. The salesman told me that would not happen with my 2nd roof but it has.

Customer service is easy to contact and report problem however getting someone to come out and inspect required several calls.

We had a leak in an unknown location. I called Comfort Cover and they had an estimator out the next day Saturday. He said in would take about 30 days to get the permit. They were able to get it in three weeks and we schedule the repair. The installers were very professional and finished the job very quickly. I would recommend Comfort Cover Systems to anyone needing a roof for a manufactured home.

We had a roof put on by CC a few years ago. A year or so later we noticed water running down the inside of the carport when it rained but couldn't find a leak. Finally during Hurricane Ian water started coming down from a light fixture in the kitchen ceiling and called a roofer who found that one of the light tubes that CC had installed was not sealed. The roofer sealed it with silicone and I called CC. No one answered the phone or returned my many messages and I thought they might have gone out of business. Finally after more than a week I called their supplier who got them to call me. They said Chris the service guy would be out but had no idea when and he wouldn't be calling me. Just supposed to wait for an indefinite period. I recommend staying away from this company because they can't service what they sell and a leaking roof leads to more damage - not a good situation after spending a lot of money on the roof.

I signed a contract on 06/01/2023. Gave a deposit of $1,000. Mr. Geoft Wright sales person told me the work will be done between 4-6 weeks. 90 days past. I called the office where Mr. Robert Mays junior stated they cannot install until 2023. I was transferred to Mr. Gary Smith MGR. He stated I will receive my deposit since it's null and void. Mr. Mays told me the check is on Rebecca Mays office for signing. No refund ever came. Apparently Comfort Covers System is calling people to get a deposit over the phone as some of my neighbors said to me.

I had a roof installed in July of 2014. They did a fantastic job, came out a couple days after I signed the contract and got it done in 1 day. I had them add the foam sheet insulation to my roof and it made a huge difference in cooling the house. They cleaned up after their work, I didn't fine a scrap of anything after they left. Now after almost 5 years the roof is holding up great, even after the storms. I highly recommend.

Signed a contract on 2/12/2019 to have a roof put on our house. 8 weeks and 5 calls later, Gary is still handing us excuse after pathetic excuse as to why he hasn't started work yet. He tells me I'm not entitled to my deposit, and if I cancel he stated it will cost me even more.... Would you put your trust in this man or the quality of his work????

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! The sales force signed a contract with my mother, an elderly woman, and had her pay $4000 down on May 1. The roof is leaking inside the house, and several calls to them and they state that they are still booking February's owners. No roof in sight for my mother. Upon request to cancel the contract, the response is 25% cancellation fee. And, 'good luck' was the response to my comment about taking them to court for inability to deliver on the contract and elderly abuse.

Inside it is 20 degrees cooler and the application is seamless. Ac cost has dropped 15 percent already. Well worth the effort. Thanks
