Had complete roof replacement 17 years ago with a 30 year warranty. Came out several times to fix leaks, and once again leaking in the same spot. Comer Roofing ""does not recommend"" a repair on a roof over 15 years and will only replace the roof at this point after I pay them nearly $11K for a new roof. Yes, this one has a 25 year warranty, but apparently warranty mean nothing to this company as they will not fix their poor installation or honor the manufacturer warranty.

Why would I use them again? Why not fix under ""warranty"" like they claimed on the original roof? Comer Roofing is not returning my messages or helping for any repair or resolution. Making a referral to the BBB and contacting an attorney.

Replaced roof in Port Orange in 2021. All was perfect. All was explained in good detail. Communication was good. Cleanup was very good. Highly recommend.

Comer Roofing gave us a great estimate to re-roof our garage and barn. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, finished in two days as expected and did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. The guys were also very polite and respectful and worked non-stop for two days, and got the job done right. We highly recommend Comer Roofing and we plan to hire them again when the time comes to re-roof our main house.

We were in desperate need of a new roof. I called several contractors in the area for quotes. Comer Roofing was the only one that responded in a timely, professional manner. Everything about the process was top-notch. The crew was very competent, my 2450 square foot roof was completed in two days. Clean up was excellent. The night that the roof was completed (Saturday) it rained. We noticed a small leak around the fireplace. I called Monday, a crew came out Tuesday and made repairs. Truly a fantastic company that stands behind their work. You can't go wrong with Comer Roofing!

I just had my very difficult roof reroofed by Comer Roofing, located North of DeLand. My roof is a combination of flat, angled and multi leveled areas. I got bids from several well known companies in the area...they would come take a look and measure and never return my calls about a bid.
Comer was very responsive even though they had many jobs they were trying to complete. They even corrected some poor design issues to prevent problems in the future. It is so rare to find a business that not only does their job properly but goes above the standard.
I am very happy with the job they did.
