Our experience with this company was nowhere near what the other review states.

We reached out to Coltus regarding a roof leak, they came out and inspected next day, and--despite numerous inclement weather events--came out and fixed the leaking roof vent when promised.

I found the entire process easy, communication was stellar, and their prices were more than fair. They also were informative, helpful, and honest (e.g., despite knowing that I'm clueless they told me I had several years' life remaining on our existing roof).

This is a quality outfit.

I contacted Coltus about remodeling projects in my home the first week of December. The owner came to my house the first week of January to do an estimate for the siding. He said he would get with me the following week to do the indoor estimate. I never heard from him. A couple of weeks later I texted him to let him know I had availability to complete the estimate. He texted back that he would call me if he could do it. It is now the end of March and I have yet to hear back from this company. If communication is this poor at the start of a project, I can only imagine the nightmare it would be trying to get things done after floors have been ripped up, etc. This company will not do what they say they will do.
