I would like to note that I posted a review on google on how rude they talk to customers. The owner gave a long winded response on how it is the customers fault. Most companies would say they are sorry for offending you.
If this company did your roof and there was a problem would it be your fault or theirs?

We had a leak in the roof and a resulting dark spot on the ceiling. Steve and his crew at Colony Roofing did a great job at repairing both! They were prompt and professional and kept the lines of communication open during the process. He offers quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them.

We had Colony roofing and siding replace our roof and replace damaged trim. The workers took care to not damage my landscaping and were great on the clean up! We noticed a shingle that did not lay right, after a call to Mr Furber he promptly sent a crew to make it right.
The roof looks great!
The foreman Enrique was wonderful along with his entire crew.
Interviewed several companies and went with Colony Roofing and siding, quality work and a great price.

I highly recommend Colony Roofing. They responded quickly when we sold our home and needed a new roof installed. Their bid was lower and offered a better warranty than their competitors. The crew was efficient and polite. They protected our pool, plants and windows. They were great to work with.

TERRIBLE. Trusted them for redoing our roof and we have had nothing but leaks. They have came our 4 times in attempt to fix the leak and now they tell me its nothing they can do it not their fault. ITS A ROOF LEAK IM IN WARRANTY FOR!!!!

Cheaper, faster, better quality. Very happy with results. Total cost for the complete roof was about $10,000. We were told by HOA people that this was a very good price. We initially had only one section done and got several estimates. This company estimated about $1200 where the others were $1800 plus. One of the more expensive companies said that our shingles were old, no longer made, and could not be matched. They also said they could not get here for weeks. Colony Roofing & Exteriors matched the shingles and completed the job days later - in one day once they started. They were so good that when we decided to do the whole roof, we had them do the roof without getting other bids. They completed the roof in two & one half days. Very polite. Friendly. Happy workers - which is nice. The attic with the new roof is amazingly cooler although perhaps that is normal for replacing a roof that was over 20 years old. They put out ground cloths to collect small debris and make clean up faster and more thorough. We have several cables for internet/TV going over sections of the roof and surveillance cameras underneath the awnings connected to the cables. They removed the old shingles, put in new shingles and plywood, etc., and left the cables/cameras undisturbed.

We liked them so much we are considering doing exterior work such as painting/replacing outdoor wood with this company.

Steve and his crew were recommended to me by Carrol Services. The quote initially appeared higher than the competition, but all extras were included unlike the others They performed the work exceeding my expectations, with minimal disturbance. Their cleanup was superb. There was minor additional repair that needed to be done later, which was done at no additional charge.
