Worst roofing company ever. Their reviews are not honest. They use lower quality and different materials from what is on your estimate breakdown on repairs/ jobs which always results in the leak or issues coming back. Not a sincere ""Trustdale"" partner. Where do I start. They scheduled my inspection on the wrong day then verbally blamed someone else for it instead of taking accountability. Their technicians are always late to inspections or don't show up. One technician couldn't service me because his drone has been broken for quite some time now. I have also been waiting weeks to receive my quote.This is a family owned business, but they are not professional. Their prices are also high. Go with another company.

Zach Reece, owner of Colony Roofers, saved me as I was searching for help regarding Biden's Energy Tax Credit while doing my taxes. In addition to a plethora of knowledge re roofing, his extensive explanation of how to file is something the IRS should post. I mean, THE BEST. BLESS YOU! BTW, if I needed a roof, I'd hire this company.

Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. We now have a beautiful new roof and no leaks!

Giovanni is a rock star! He was able to make it out SAME DAY for the mysterious leaks in our new home. He was the only roofing specialist out of 5 to do a water test and diagnosed the problem within 15 min.

We won't be calling anyone else in the future. Saving me time and money, plus phenomenal customer service is #1 in my book.

I called and asked specifically if they did metal roofs which she confirmed they also represent as doing on Yelp. The woman indicated ""yes"" and said she could send someone out right away to do a quote. The guy showed up with no ladder and said they didn't do metal roofs. Complete waste of time.

Yesterday I found a wet spot on my ceiling. I couldn't sleep last night stressing about the damage and the repair cost- its hard times with inflation and the looming recession. I contacted Colony Roofers and was linked up with Stone Yancey. Woah! this guy and this company are what every service provider should be. They are great. They heard me, they fixed me up and they left me feeling like I mattered! I'll be using Colony Roofers for any roof related situation. If only they their level of customer services was the standard! They are worth it.

We bought our home in 2021 and knew we had a very old roof. This summer, we decided to get it checked out and quotes from multiple companies to replace not only the roof but the gutters, too. We experienced the heavy rain storms last year and wanted to make sure we got ahead of any damage.
Colony sent Kevin out and he did a thorough inspection. He explained all the options and issues he found to my husband and we were impressed with his knowledge and quick quote to replace the roof and gutters. The quote sent to us was impressive! It included a lot of information and photos of our roof, explaining our options and multiple price quotes for different shingles and gutters. We loved that they gave us options with no pressure to just do the most expensive option!
Danielle followed up with scheduling and was super prompt and helpful! She made us feel important and as if an old family friend were taking care of our biggest financial investment, our home.
The guys were here early and were SO FAST in removing the old roof. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked! The roof was completely replaced within the same day. Incredible!
The gutters were done the following week, and despite the extreme heat wave, they still had their guys here and got it done.
The workers were respectful, fast, and cleaned up after the job was finished.
I really am grateful to Colony for their work and how amazing this roof looks! I can't believe I love a roof, but dang it- look at this beauty! Thank you to the Colony team for an outstanding job.
Oh- and they were more than competitive in cost and the quality really is the best! We will absolutely recommend this company to any of our friends and neighbors looking for roof repair or replacements.

I had Colony Roofer and another company come out within an hour of each other. The first company stated that I needed a whole new roof and I should contact my insurance company. Thank goodness I had Colony come out because Stone came by and stated that all that needed was something simple and that I was not missing any shingles. He fixed the problem at no charge. Thank you Stone for saving us a ton and not having to involve the insurance company. When we do need a Roofing company, I will definitely be calling Colony Roofers.

Such a great experience. My roof was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. I made many calls, but Colony was the only one who would send someone out right away. Giovanni Nunez came out and did an evaluation and gave me several options for dealing with the issue. He was extremely helpful and seemed really interested in helping me make the best decision for me. Would highly recommend Giovanni and Colony.
