We bought our home in 2021 and knew we had a very old roof. This summer, we decided to get it checked out and quotes from multiple companies to replace not only the roof but the gutters, too. We experienced the heavy rain storms last year and wanted to make sure we got ahead of any damage.
Colony sent Kevin out and he did a thorough inspection. He explained all the options and issues he found to my husband and we were impressed with his knowledge and quick quote to replace the roof and gutters. The quote sent to us was impressive! It included a lot of information and photos of our roof, explaining our options and multiple price quotes for different shingles and gutters. We loved that they gave us options with no pressure to just do the most expensive option!
Danielle followed up with scheduling and was super prompt and helpful! She made us feel important and as if an old family friend were taking care of our biggest financial investment, our home.
The guys were here early and were SO FAST in removing the old roof. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked! The roof was completely replaced within the same day. Incredible!
The gutters were done the following week, and despite the extreme heat wave, they still had their guys here and got it done.
The workers were respectful, fast, and cleaned up after the job was finished.
I really am grateful to Colony for their work and how amazing this roof looks! I can't believe I love a roof, but dang it- look at this beauty! Thank you to the Colony team for an outstanding job.
Oh- and they were more than competitive in cost and the quality really is the best! We will absolutely recommend this company to any of our friends and neighbors looking for roof repair or replacements.

I had Colony Roofer and another company come out within an hour of each other. The first company stated that I needed a whole new roof and I should contact my insurance company. Thank goodness I had Colony come out because Stone came by and stated that all that needed was something simple and that I was not missing any shingles. He fixed the problem at no charge. Thank you Stone for saving us a ton and not having to involve the insurance company. When we do need a Roofing company, I will definitely be calling Colony Roofers.

Such a great experience. My roof was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. I made many calls, but Colony was the only one who would send someone out right away. Giovanni Nunez came out and did an evaluation and gave me several options for dealing with the issue. He was extremely helpful and seemed really interested in helping me make the best decision for me. Would highly recommend Giovanni and Colony.

Colony Roofers is the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have worked with. I was hired back in November 2020 by owner ""Zach Reece"" while they were working on a special project at the home of Country singer Zac Brown. They did a bad job not complying with deadlines and stopped working on the project never paying laborers for their job nor me for my dump trailers services. Once you call their offices they act like they don't know who you are and even tell you that if you want your money you can ask the client directly for it. Scammers and thieves that's what they are. People like this do not deserve to be in business. I have already placed a lean on them until I get paid but people like this need to be denounced to the authorities and other people so they don't get scammed as I did with more than $2,000!!!!!

I couldn't have asked for any better service! I was expecting more of a delay due to the pandemic but I called close to the end of the business day and was able to secure an appointment the very next day! After making the appointment I received text and email confirmation as well as a reminder call before coming out.
Kevin arrived wearing a mask, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and able to point out very specific details that were very helpful. Additionally, he used a drone to get a better look at the roof.
