This company has ""repaired"" a leak in my new home, 3x over the past 2 years. And, every time we have a hard rain, it leaks again. Each time the come, they do a ""temporary"" patch and never come back to finish the job. Stay away from this business.

This company re-roofed one of the buildings in our complex. While I can't speak to their roofing skills, I can speak to their cleanliness.

So far I have found more than 200 nails while on walks around the building with my dog. I have found many more plastic nail inserts. In addition, I have picked up bags and bags of plastic from roofing materials and discarded bits of shingle. I have found tons of bottle caps, cups, and empty plastic bottles in the bushes.

They left roofing materials (not neatly stacked) in two parking spots for more than 2 weeks. In that pile was actual trash that the raccoons or other wild animals got into so I spent one morning cleaning up food scraps and chicken bones from the parking area so my dog would not get into it.

When they finally moved their big junk pile from our two guest parking places... I found 17 nails in the two parking spots.

don't waste your time...repeated calls, messages left - no call back. no response. As a property manager representing many in-state & out of state owners I was referred to them by a colleague. What a waste of time. AGAIN, if they can't be bothered to return phone calls just how responsive will they be with one needs a new roof and/or emergency repair.

I would never hire these guys agan...... 37k complete tear off and replace. Over 5 months to get the job done with constant badgering to come finish it. I think the work is pathetic and the quality is terrible for the price you pay. Stay far away from these clowns.
