Can we leave a negative star? Would that we could. They are the worst in workmanship....the worst. They cost us so much money.We called repeatedly and then had to threaten them to with legal action in an attempt to correct multiple leaks. One of their managers, Roy, came out a couple of times with a bucket of ""bull"" (tar) and slopped some down which had no effect on the leaks.We had to remove and replace drywall and retexture and repaint......more than once. Finally we just tore off the roof and replaced well before it's expected life. Cost? $6000 ..... We regret NOT suing them.

Completed a full re-roof after my home suffered hail damage. Collis salesperson/estimator (Brian) was knowledgable, understood my needs and worked with my insurance provider throughout the process to ensure my property was made whole. During the initial conversation/ estimate with Brian and throughout the process he generated a level of trust that eased my concerns and stress. On install day, the team arrived on time, demonstrated respect for my home by protecting the property of debris and cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend Collis Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company that will do an excellent job

The worst thing I have ever experienced in customer service.

I requested to speak to a manager on multiple occasions, I tried through their reception, finance department, and was always rerouted to my sales contact.

They started a month late, didn't finish the job and then started demanding final payment, finished the job but left a mess and routed my gutters according to their mood rather than our agreed upon contract.

I caught them lying on several accounts and they denied them for months for no reason but I guess lethargy. After I bluntly called them out and showed evidence, they put in a half assed effort to remedy it, never apologizing for the lies they spent months defending.

4 months of agonizing communications and the project is finally complete. These guys do not respect their customers or themselves.

Piss poor communication. Zero follow up.

Do yourself a favor and go with a higher bid. These guys arent worth any cost savings.

Service is terrible and they don't honor their warranty. How they do it is they state in my case its a 20 year manufacturer warranty. I had problems 5 years after the install and called the company for direction on warranty. What I got is the run around from that point forward. I never got straight answers and any help. That should be fraud. They just wore me down as I called and called with the response with someone will get back to you. I will never use this company again. You've been warned.

The sales people were great and everything went according to schedule and budget. They were very helpful in suggesting what tile and accents to use for best appearance of the house. I highly recommend them!!

My experience started with quotes from 7 roofers in central Florida, including Collis. For the prices quoted, Collis was just above the middle-range, but offered GAF products which included a warranty that adjusted my insurance from $1300/year to $740/year because the product provided a 130MPH WIND warranty and also passed a wind mitigation inspection with flying colors. Installation was right on time and near perfect (some PVC boot covers for the lead boots were forgotten), however Collis corrected/added the boots the next day. I was so satisfied that I had Collis also provide gutters one month later.

They use seconds... We found out the hard way.. Shingles hanging of our condos every where and they say tuff luck... We spent almost $ 80,000 dollars with them and got second quality product... They said sorry for our luck.. Yes I said 80 thousand dollars. So how do you think they will treat you if you spend less. I don't know how they got so big but I'll bet they didn't count on this web site..

Roof replaced in 2008 and from the storm in Central Florida last week I have water damage. Roofer came to my house to look at the leak and confirmed that the flashing was not done properly. Now, they are voiding out my warranty because I had an emergency restoration company put the tarp on my roof and not Collis. I advised Collis that they are closed on weekends with no emergency number but they told me that there is a button to click on their website to talk to a rep online. I also told Collis that my Insurance Company is paying for the holes in the roof from the tarp but they said it does not matter. To make matters worse, i have talked to 3 other people with the same exact problem. Maybe if the roof was done correct the first time I would not have a problem to have tarped this time. I am putting in a complaint against them with the BBB

Central FL's largest roofer... the sales people are great, worked with my budget, but the service I received on the install was horrible! They never showed up when they scheduled, they would start the job, then leave for 2 weeks at a time. When I had problems, I had to call at least 3 times before they ever came out to address the issue. Too big, too many jobs, too many cuts in staffing... I'll never use them again!
