They came out and gave us an estimate. We agreed to the price. They missed their appointment 3 times. The last time we got a call quite a while after the window they gave us was over. They said it was because it was going to rain. Not a cloud in the sky all day...my suggestion, use someone who will show up.

I would give them a zero rating if I could.

They replaced our roof which is still under warranty. During the time they replaced the roof they would show up late in the day and leave early. At one point they left a hole in our garage roof where a vent needed to be. When contacted they said they didn't have the part. They never even tarped the area. We had to do that. They wiped tar all over our home & never fixed it. They charged our insurance for things they never did such as replacing downspouts.

Now we see there's a HOLE in our roof. There's a vent that leads to the outside and you can see daylight through it. They showed up on a Tuesday & said someone would repair it Friday. It is now over a WEEK later & we haven't heard a peep. They say they're still waiting to hear from ""corporate"". They never even sent someone out to tarp the area in order to mitigate further damage.

As a past customer and happy with the work that Collis did on their last visit to my home, I can't believe that Collis would not respond to my call for an estimate to replace my roof after the hurricane, but that is what they did. I first contacted them 3 weeks after the storm and was told that they were very busy but would get to me as soon as they could. I did get an email with questions about if I was ready to sign a contract when they come out to give an estimate. I answered all the questions but never got a call for an appointment. So I waited for about a month and called them again and was told that they would give their Brevard county crew my information and make an appointment for a roof replacement. That was in November and to date I have never heard from them. This is no way to treat anyone especially a past customer.
