I wish I had read the reviews here before contacting Collis Roofers. They were to repair a small leak in my bedroom ceiling. Long story short, Collis Roofers came out on 7/10/19 started working on the tile roof and as I am typing this 7/13/19 I have a bigger hole in my ceiling. They have a receptionist service but still no one calls you back. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE.

My first contact was with a very friendly Chelsea who dispatched someone to take a look at the roof for a leak discovered after the recent rainfall. Lance, who is one of the managers, came at the appointed time and introduced himself. He made me feel comfortable and I can honestly say that my anxiousness dissipated as he explained what may have happened. He went up on the roof and was up there for only about 15 minutes. He came back to the door and said he found the problem and patched the area. He said he believed it was a nail popping out and protruding into the shingle and advised me to not fix the ceiling immediately so I could watch for any additional problems in that location.
I cannot say enough that Lance was professional, friendly and just a really nice guy. Based on my interaction with Chelsea and Lance I will definitely tell people to use Collis Roofing!

Worst Company in the World... i wish i could give them a -5.
Very irresponsible people that do not care for their clients time. THEY CALLED ME to set up an appointment due a warranty claim with my builder and the day of, they are stating that i am not on their schedule. I must point out that i find out that i was not on their schedule after numerous calls because EVELYN apparently has a ghost co-worker that sets up fakes appointments. I cannot believe this ppl, the whole day i was waiting on them to check something for me now they want to move me to another day... WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? you guys have a paycheck thank to us (the customers)
STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DONT WORK OR DONT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO SO YOU CAN WAIT FOREVER UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO SHOW UP.

Collis Roofing did my roof in the middle of the summer. They left more damage than they fixed. I hate that I went with them. They destroyed my gutters which they weren't supposed to touch, ruined my yard, destroyed my front patio and sink my drainage pipe under my driveway and worst of all there crew for whatever reason decided to turn on my water that I shut off at the water main cause I had a small leak and they flooded my home. I wouldn't recommend Collis if they were the only roofers in Florida. Horrible experience and instead of fixing what they messed up correctly all they cared about was getting paid. From reading other reviews now i don't even know if my roof was installed correctly, if I based it on there shit show of a crew they had and the damage they did I would guess it will only be a matter of time before something shows up wrong with my roof.

I will look somewhere else. I had a salesperson out to give estimate on a new roof for one of my houses. Whenever I call to try to reach him with questions on the estimate its like pulling teeth to get a return phone call. I have had to call the office an they contact the person. Today I received a call from my insurance company indicating they would cover my damaged roof when I called the office I asked if I could get the person to call me back and that in the past I had trouble getting return phone calls. She said she would have a manager call me by the end of the day - that never happened. They just lost any possible business from me. I've learned that if you have problems in the beginning that's a good indication how the whole project will go.

I had my roof put on 2 years ago by Collis Roofing , they were very professional and each employee knew what his job was and did it . I have had no problems at all and I see this roof lasting me a long time . My sales man was on point with everything and I could not be happier.

My 18 y/o roof was better than the roof collis put on March 30 2018. We went from have one leak from hurricane Irma to now having at least three leaks as of right now. I'm beyond frustrated with this company and their customer service. When I had the first leak it took five phone calls before getting someone out here. Not only that but when I do speak to someone other than a secretary, they act like I'm inconveniencing them. I'M the one with a BRAND NEW ROOF that is LEAKING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you do use this company you will probably regret it like I do!! And I could not post this without giving it a star otherwise it wouldn't have gotten any stars.

I am very disappointed with Collis. We had an adjuster come out to the house two months ago for an estimate on replacing our roof. The adjuster said we needed a whole new roof and he was supposed to submit an estimate to our insurance company. The insurance has never received an estimate and we have called Collis numerous times over the last two and have not gotten a call back from the adjuster. Two months is a very very long time to wait for a call back. Very disappointed.

They came out to my house made a bunch of promises told me they would take charge of working with my insurance company and then stopped taking my calls after 2 months of back and forth....I wish I could give them 0 stars

We have a concrete tile roof installed by Collis about 5 1/2 years ago. We sold our house. During the inspection a few tiles were found to be loose and naturally we had to have those secured.

The repair crew were at our house for about 10 minutes to fix these few issues. We were charged $270! Ridiculously excessive.

The roof is a handsome roof. But, if you have a Collis roof, be sure to get an alternative quote before considering them to make any repairs.
