Do not use this company. I can not attest to the quality of their work but I can attest to the unprofessional service of their workers. Came to my house to look at the damage and give me a quote. Quoted the repairs of to approximately 28,000$ and then was told "" Don't bother going to other companies in the area we all play golf together and I'll tell them what I quoted you."" Unbelievable and unprofessional. Immediately asked them to leave.

Very disappointed. I've had them repair my roof several times in the exact same spot. It seems to start leaking again right after the warranty period expires... now it's leaking again and I can't even get them to look at it. Several emails, and messages with the owner, and basically they are now non responsive. The owner called me and left a message, then would not return my phone calls. In the message i heard that the damage they repaired might have spread, but it's past the warranty period. This begs the obvious question, ""if I've paid you TWICE to repair the damage, how is there any damage left to spread???"" He even told me that all the roofs in my neighborhood are old and need replacement... all without even coming to look at it.... Ridiculous. Do not use this company. 1 year warranty on roof repairs and totally unwilling to help later. Find a better company that will at least communicate with you!

We only got an estimate from this business. I think it was more of a personality issue, coupled with other reviews that prevented us from selecting Collins. It was a little to brusque. A very limited scope of work for what sounded a little pricey.

Thank you, Collins Roofing! When we searched for a roof repair after the spring rains, we found Collins the first to get back to us in a timely manner. I liked that the owner, Cary, came to meet us and using aerial photography (maybe a drone) gave us a clear picture of what work needed to be done.

We were sent a quick assessment via email. The cost was reasonable and we were contacted a week and a few days before to remind us about the service call. Two gentlemen came between 7-8 and within three to four hours the job was done.

I highly recommend Collins Roofing & Repair! We recently noticed a leak in the office bedroom and asked a friend who they recommended so after calling Collins Roofing & Repair I was very impressed by their professionalism right from the beginning! The appointment was set and they were punctual at our residence in Lake Elsinore. Upon the owner Cary Collins getting there and doing the inspection , he explained things very simply as to have us understand it thoroughly, took pictures and his office sent in detail a reasonable quote via email that included docusign as to make things easy and stress free ! They scheduled the repair, promptly fixed our leak with courteous staff and cleaned up perfectly!
I will definitely be calling Collins Roofing & Repair from now on!!

At the time of writing this review I think it's important to note that there is rain in our forecast and the tail end of Tropical Storm Rosa is threatening to unload on Murrieta later this afternoon

I have known that we needed a roof repair since April and it's now October. No excuses, we just didn't get round to it. I called Collins roofing a few days ago and the owner Cary came over to our house and gave us written estimate for the repair which included a full inspection and maintenance of the entire roof.

We made the repair appointment for this morning (just ahead of the rain forecast) and Mr. Collins and his team arrived early and made quick work of locating and repairing the leak as promised. They inspected the entire roof and made minor adjustments to trim and tiles and also re-caulked a number areas as a preventative measure.

Mr. Collins and his entire staff were courteous, efficient and very professional. I would have no qualms in recommending this company to anyone. First rate quality service

Have used Collins Roofing for our inspections and maintenance, this year we noticed we might have a leak and they came right out to check it out. Scheduled an inspection/repair and not only did they do an excellent job, but we were out of town and they took care of us like family!
I recommend them to any one needing a roof check to replacement, they only do what is necessary...no up-selling or pressure to do more!

When Mr. Collins arrived at my home, I knew that I wanted to do business with his company. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and confident. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. The communication with his office manager, Charlene, was an awesome experience, too.
