I highly recommend Collins Roofing & Repair! We recently noticed a leak in the office bedroom and asked a friend who they recommended so after calling Collins Roofing & Repair I was very impressed by their professionalism right from the beginning! The appointment was set and they were punctual at our residence in Lake Elsinore. Upon the owner Cary Collins getting there and doing the inspection , he explained things very simply as to have us understand it thoroughly, took pictures and his office sent in detail a reasonable quote via email that included docusign as to make things easy and stress free ! They scheduled the repair, promptly fixed our leak with courteous staff and cleaned up perfectly!
I will definitely be calling Collins Roofing & Repair from now on!!

At the time of writing this review I think it's important to note that there is rain in our forecast and the tail end of Tropical Storm Rosa is threatening to unload on Murrieta later this afternoon

I have known that we needed a roof repair since April and it's now October. No excuses, we just didn't get round to it. I called Collins roofing a few days ago and the owner Cary came over to our house and gave us written estimate for the repair which included a full inspection and maintenance of the entire roof.

We made the repair appointment for this morning (just ahead of the rain forecast) and Mr. Collins and his team arrived early and made quick work of locating and repairing the leak as promised. They inspected the entire roof and made minor adjustments to trim and tiles and also re-caulked a number areas as a preventative measure.

Mr. Collins and his entire staff were courteous, efficient and very professional. I would have no qualms in recommending this company to anyone. First rate quality service

Have used Collins Roofing for our inspections and maintenance, this year we noticed we might have a leak and they came right out to check it out. Scheduled an inspection/repair and not only did they do an excellent job, but we were out of town and they took care of us like family!
I recommend them to any one needing a roof check to replacement, they only do what is necessary...no up-selling or pressure to do more!

When Mr. Collins arrived at my home, I knew that I wanted to do business with his company. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and confident. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. The communication with his office manager, Charlene, was an awesome experience, too. We had some bad damage from leaks during the rain storms of early 2017. Collin's Roofing came out and gave us a good bid right away, when other companies said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get out. They arrived on time, did the work well and left a completely clean area. About a week later we had another small leak in a different area. They came out right away and fixed it. Just this last week we had to call them again for a leak in the garage. once more, they came out very soon, gave us the bid and came the following day to complete the work. I would highly recommend Collin's Roofing and Repair in Murrieta.

Very disappointed in the repair job done to my roof. Two years ago I had them repair a roof leak and now I find out that the plywood they covered up with new roofing paper should have been removed and replaced. I requested they come and fix the problem and they wanted to charge me more than they did for the first repair................Thanks but no thanks.

I am so very disappointed in this company. We used them in 2013 and they replaced a bunch of our roof. At least half and charged us $3000.00.
Last week we noticed a leak in the area that they replaced in 2013. Having just painted that room and ceiling in October it was obvious where the leak was.
I called them and the owner Cary immediately started saying he was certain it was NOT where they repaired the roof. Without looking at it or anything. I felt like I was getting the shaft so I asked him to speak to my husband. He told my husband the same thing but said they would come out and take a look.
The guy shows up this morning, pokes his head inside for 20 seconds, does not enter my house. Gets on my roof, walks around. I hear movement. About 15 minutes later the owner calls me and tells me I owe him $975.00!!! The ""repair"" was not in the warrantied area! Did not say what was wrong just that they ""fixed"" it. I did not authorize this at all!!! Cary the owner continues to cut me off. Not letting me speak and telling me repeatedly that they did ME a favor. I guess he pays his roofer $975 per half hour to get on my roof!
By this time I am livid! And so is my husband. Cary repeatedly told me they did me a favor by driving out to Redlands and he has never in 40 years had an unhappy customer. Then said and I quote... I am a good Christian man and would never lie"". Like what does that have to do with my roof?!?!?
After an invoice that lists ""price of repair"" $975.00 was emailed to me, I replied with an email that I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Cary, the owner then called and continued to be confused as to why the favor he did for me made me upset! Oh and guess what...the new work is covered under a warranty, just call them if I have any problems!!! Like that will ever happen!
I will continue to tell every person I come into contact to about my experience. Chalk it up to a very expensive lesson, but do not do business with these people! The favor they do for you will cost you dearly!!!!

Called and made an appointment for today. They called me back twice yesterday once to check my call back number and once again to move up my appointment to 8am. I took time off of work to meet with them for an estimate. At 9am the day of the appointment the owner called me and wanted to give me a ""heads up"" that he would not service my area. I asked why, he stated he did not want the work in my area where I lived. I stated I took time off of work but he couldn't of cared less. I'll make sure I tell everyone! Shame on you!
