Honest local roofers are hard to come by and always try to up sell you on needing a new roof.. I didn't have that impression with Collins roofing.. Vanessa is very nice and truly cares she found me an estimate the next day.

Collins roofing is as good as it gets! In 2008 they completely redid my roof and it was done beautifully. It had a Japanese esthetique to it too, which fit with house. In 2018 I had them come again and do a few minor updates to keep the roof in excellent working condition. They are very responsive and helpful.

I have mixed feelings on leaving 2 stars. The main reason is poor customer service and follow up. After getting a proposal emailed, there were errors on the proposal and it had to be re-written. I called with follow up questions about the work and was told my questions were forwarded to Seamus. I never heard back from him. Then on the day of the work, 3 people plus Seamus showed up at 7:30 and did the work. We asked Seamus to check another possible area where water might be leaking and he said he would check it out and get back to us. We never heard back from him about that. I called back 3-4 days after the work was done and asked about the inspection of the other part of the roof and was told Seamus would be notified of my request. I never heard anything back. By 12:30 the same day the work was done, no one said good by or anything and just left. I spent $4,500 for 5 hours of work. Seems very expensive with no customer service or follow up......I will wait to see what happens after our first big rain.

Highly recommend! We recently had the roof replaced on our 1939 house. Seamus came out to take a look, and they promptly provided a quote. Estimate was very competitive with other companies. They also took on some additional work of removing a low overhang portion of our entryway roof, replaced rotted or damaged boards, and installed new gutters where needed. They were quite booked when we first contacted them, and so it did take a while from getting the quote to starting the job, but it was well worth the wait. Start-to-finish, it took about 3 days from tear off to to new roof to final installation of gutters. The new roof looks great! Overall very impressed with the whole process start to finish.

We recently had Collins Roofing refinish our garage room and replace three skylights in the house. Michael did the estimate and supervised the work, and we worked with Vanessa in the office on scheduling. They were good communicators and did the work on the promised timeline. Their crew was friendly and did a good job cleaning up. Overall, high quality work, easy to work with, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I first approached Collins Roofing about a new roof in January. Seamus came out and looked at the roof, and told me in detail exactly what they would do. A week later he sent my the bid.

While Collins wasn't the cheapest or the fastest bid, i felt the most comfortable with their offer so accepted it. It did take 3 months until they could do the work, but when they did, they threw a bunch of guys on the project, and it took them one day to demo the old tar and gravel roof, another day to put the new roof on, and a half day to install all new roof gutters.

The quality of the work they did was top notch. They cleaned il after themselves very well, didn't do any damage and even covered things to make sure they wouldn't. They also replaced some rotten wood under the roof, and included photos of all that work with the final invoice so they would have proof they did anything we agreed was beyond scope (and i had asked them to replace any bad wood).

These guys may take a while to get to your project, but if you have the time, they are worth the wait.
