I needed an estimate for some maintenance that's required for my roof. Juan came out a couple days later let me know what was required and I continued doing some shopping around . Emailed then to actually schedule the maintenance and we set a date. Well that day came and went. Granted it was cloudy and scheduled for lite rain and I understood that they probably wouldn't work on the roof. I expected a curtesy call for a reschedule or a ""we won't be able to show up"". It's been a couple weeks already and haven't heard a single peep from Colins. I'll be searching for another roofing company and see if they could give me a hand on my roof dilemma. Sucks that things played out the way they did, but that's life.

Once again, Juan Colin to the Rescue. We had a kitchen leak right after the Thanksgiving Snow. Juan showed up as quickly as possible and assessed the situation. Having already fixed a different section already, I trusted Juan's assessment and we needed to replace all the paper, (30 years old). Juan was able to to get us scheduled in less than 3 weeks, just before Xmas. His team showed up and and did the roof beautifully and professionally. They took care of everything, fixed a bunch of issues from the original builder His pricing was fair, considering the situation,, and his crew was professional and they finished just a little ahead of time. I would recommend Juan Colin to anyone who needs their Roof fixed or replaced.

Colin Roofing is a wonderful family owned company. My husband and I did a full roof replacement project and the owner, his sons and his wife were very responsive to all of my emails, calls and questions. Colin roofing were great! Very easy to work with. We needed a new roof after 31 years and so we got some estimates. Colin was the most professional and straight forward. I checked his licence, and bond they were all current. He had workman comp and did not use subcontractors.
These were all important things for me to consider. They came when they said and set up the inspections and gave us accurate time frames. They
had good workers and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
They worked on my house until it was finished unlike some other quotes
that I got where it could take up to 2 weeks to finish because they were working on more than one house. They are local and have an office where you can go to do business. They have a fair price and good service. I saw some of the poor reviews that was far from my experience
some people are impossible to please and I took that into consideration
having come from a retail background. Thanks again

I had several tiles, which fell off my roof. I also saw several loose tiles, concerned that there may be more damage. Colin roofing was quick and responsive to my request for assessment and repair of the roof. After the job was completed I notice there was still a loose tile and contacted the owner Juan Colin and he responded the next day to review the work done and fix the loose tile. I am very satisfied and impressed with the work and Juan's follow up. Would use Colin roofing again and highly recommend them.

Ok, Colin roofing did an outstanding job on our roof! I am so happy I chose them! I got what I felt was a fair quote and decided to go with them. Their crew was always on time and the workmanship is outstanding. I am very picky about my house and do most of the work myself. We also have animals and I was concerned about loose nails and debris. I didn't even have to ask because they did a great job cleaning everything up!
