Juan was a pleasure doing business with. He's very professional, curtious, and knows what he's doing. Great prices too! We got a complete re-roof with facia board replacement. Looks great. We had one small corner leak after the first rain , called Juan, and they had it repaired within the week. It's been 3 years since installation and all is well with our roof. (Wish I coukd say the same about our world). Highly recommended!

Asked for an estimate, the estimated came out and tried a major up sale to have me replace half a tile roof. Only half. Bizarre. I only need a older flat roof replaced. I got their estimate and it was well over everyone else's and when I told them I did not need a tile roof replaced they stated they would only do the work if they replaced the roof. I got a beautiful job done by another roofer and it has held up during 2 long rains. Amazing, I have never experienced this before. I wonder if they trick others into replacing solid tile roofs.

Did a great job and got exactly what I asked for. The job was delayed due to rain a week before my project but I was updated daily. Communication was excellent.

The workers did leave behind some trash from their lunches (foil and Mc Donald's coffee creamers) and I found some old roof and nails on the ground. That's not a big issue in my book since it wasn't a significant amount.

The foreman on the job was professional and courteous. He made sure to ask when he needed to use something of ours, told me about the materials they were using in comparison to the old stuff, and took care of his crew by making sure the working environment was safe.

I'm not looking forward to eventually needing more roof work done but I know who to call when that happens.

I contacted Colin roofing for a new roof, Juan showed up on time and emailed me a competitive quote, after getting a few other quotes from other roofers I decided to go with Juan and his crew. I am very happy I did, the crew showed up on time, they were very professional, hardworking, respectful and finish the job within the estimated time frame, they made sure to clean as much as they could as they worked and cleaned everything really well after the job was completed, they even asked me to open the garage so they could clean inside.

Juan was good at communicating via email, sending me updated invoices and answering all my questions, you can tell they're very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience with everything related to roofs. I wanted the roof permitted and the inspector said the roofers did a great job.
