With over 24 years of experience in various roofing systems, I served as the hands-on instructor for the local 81 Roofer's Union, where I received my journeyman roofer certification. I have years of experience as a roof inspector, which equipped me with the skills to identify issues related to improper installation and integration across various roofing systems.

The primary reason for roof leaks in our industry stems from a significant number of improper installations.
