They installed a roof for us 5 years ago. We have had at least 6 leaks repaired every year new leak. Raining now and my roof is leaking in three different spot. It's a lot 2,000 dollars per repair then a lot 3,000 for repairs to my home. We have a warranty for this last repair that's leaking now. But again it will cost many thousands of dollars for repairs inside home. I cannot recommend them

if i could give them a zero i would. the worst roofing job imaginable
they were hired to replace the roofs on 7 two story condo building flat roofs. the mess and garbage that was left was disgusting
during a rain the water poured off the front and back onto the rear yards and front entrance ways like niagara falls. the roof drains and down spouts are on the sides of the buildings where no water was being drained. there is now damage to the pavers due to the extreme force of the water coming off the roofs. the company was notified and there answer was "" it was done correctly. run when you hear there name is mentioned for a roof.

Had my roof down by code red roofers at first they were extremely responsive I am a single parent I also have a son with disabilities I had to finance the roof which was actually triple for what the roof actually cost after all the fees.
So the first day they came out and they started the roof they were ripping everything off the roof ripping sides off the roof the roof was left open and exposed overnight as it rained I called and I spoke with the project manager he insured me that he will get someone out to look at it.
They came out three days later informed me that the roof was going to cost me another $800 that was outside of the finance amount they told me and I was told I could afford $800 but if it goes above that please let me know as to I am on a fixed income no one ever said anything to me so I assumed all was fine.
I called again because there were buckets left in front of my house parts of my roof still hanging off the company had knocked over a tree in my yard they also left all the sandbags that were on top of my house all over the place.
One part of the roof on the side wasn't put back on they told me that it had passed the inspection but they would have someone to go out and look at it Also when I got the initial proposal on the roof I was told that they would takeoff all of the gutters the gutters were never taken off of the home they were only taking off half Way the parts that are attached to the sides of the house are still there fast forward to a couple of weeks later I received a letter from Codered Roofers saying that it had actually went over $1800 in cost and that I needed to pay it I quickly called and spoke to Martin who informed me that I needed to pay at least $1000 that day or he would put a lien against my home I became very upset he told me that he would email me A corrective work order to pay for damages for the tree also we could try and set up a payment plan he said maybe he spoke too soon when telling me he was going to put a lien on my home.
I wait over 2 1/2 weeks for Martin to send the information in the mail because I could not get it through email he never responded or return any messages finally I called and asked to speak to a general manager and Martin called me back one week later I received the letter in the mail I was in the hospital for one week after that and then I mailed off the first payment of $100 with the receipt from the lawn guy who had to remove the Tree.
Now I receive a letter in the mail saying that they put a lien against my home for $1800 I am a single parent I can't afford to pay this
All at once I feel it is extremely unprofessional they are there still people they will get you to get a new roof and seem very concerned until money is released after the money is really too mean nothing to them they are all about money I care nothing about people beware do your research and go somewhere else!
And until this day I still have not received a call from the general manager.

when my roof was first completed, I called them out because they forgot to put back on a part of my roof and I had lizards coming into my roof and it is starting to happen again it's lifting up and I can't get anyone from the office to return any of my calls it's to the point I am asking to speak to the owner and no one still will return any of your calls so buyer beware the owner doesn't care as wellthey don't uphold any of the contract. Therefore, there is no warranty on your roof.

We met with Brian V from Code Red Roofers. From hello to job completion it was a pleasure. The job was explained from the issues involved and the expected repair to resolve our flat roof leak over our patio. Several options were presented with expected longevity of the repair.

I was completely satisfied from Brandon who walked us through the whole process in detail including the financing of the project and the project manager Andrew who made sure I was taken care of through the whole project of removing the old roof to installing the new roof. The clean up was great and detailed. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

My neighbor used this company and paid over $25,000 a little over a year ago. She's had numerous problems including massive leaks!! No one responds to her phone calls. The 2 females keep saying, oh they'll get back to you. But no one EVER DOES!! Do your own roof. It's going to be a lot better. This will probably go to her attorney, so beware.

I began my search for a roofer out of a need for immediate results as my homeowner's insurance company was liquidated with minimal notice. I had been watching my neighbors get their roofs done over the last 6 months and one company out of several stood out as quick and efficient - Code Red Roofers (CRR). I grabbed a card from Bronson in sales when out on my morning run and had the need to call him much sooner than I thought! After an easy to obtain estimate from Bronson, I looked at no less than five other roofing companies and opted to focus on metal roofing. I thought I could get this done much cheaper, but CRR even price-matched my lowest bidder. I went with Code Red and do not regret my decision. Here is why: They communicated with me on my terms (calls, text, email - whatever has been easiest for me), they communicated often - and helped me navigate a quite stressful situation. Bronson was not the guy that put the roof on my house, but he was there every step of the way. The guys who did the work were thoughtful, considerate, professional, and polite. Bronson handled every blip (was there even anything I could call a blip?) and really put forth the effort to ensure getting a new roof was easy and fast - the quality of the work is superb, and my house looks awesome! If you don't have the time to do the research yourself, trust someone who did a lot of the legwork - I could not be happier. I highly recommend Code Red Roofers...and if you are lucky enough to get to work with Bronson (you read it right, a sales guy that didn't walk away once the sale was done), that's a bonus!

My landlord hired code red roofers to put a new roof on our duplex and so far it has been an absolute wreck. They blocked all entrances to my house to the point where I couldn't enter. I had to knock on the window of the workers truck (where he was sitting on his phone) and get him to move stuff out of the way so I could enter my house.

They finished taking the old roof off and there are rusty nails EVERYWHERE. I picked up at least 25 that were clearly visible in my drive way and front door area. I've now had 2 nails poke through my shoes. I'm terrified to let my dog into the grass because im sure there are a ton of nails in it. They flattened the plants by our front door and broke our solar powered lights (they no longer turn on at night).

I called yesterday and they said they'd get someone out ASAP, 24 hours later and no one has called or shown up.

Amazing company From the initial phone call to the follow up to the timely manner of getting this job done. I was very very pleased with their work and even with the rain delays they were timely and getting everything done. Plus my roof looks amazing thank you code roofers.

Beware!! the warning is in their name ""red"" flag!!! It took them almost a year to finish but in the end was a complete nightmare as i babysat this company for everything! the only workers here were ""cheap laborers"" and they broke trusses on the west end of our building not informing us and tried to ""cover up"". the soffit below that fell afterwards and they said as 1 of the dozens of lies/excuses that it was rotten wood. we got fixed on our dime, and no rotten wood whatsoever. its from the broken trusses above the soffit!! so we were left with a bent roof & slanted soffit. they refuse to take responsibility despite us having no damage in that area b4hand and no one else was up on our roof. i could fill a book with their mistakes but we are suing them. i wrote to bbb 1st to resolve and they shut their bbb account down after my complaint. that tells me all i need to know. they seem to have the same problem with others through the years. i call them ""bozo roofers"". i have never written a complaint against any company ever, but that's how bad they are.
