In the middle of hurricane season they took my money, removed the old roof and haven't come back for three weeks. When I call I get directed to voice mail. From the project manager to the owner, no one is calling me back. I have water stains in my bedroom ceiling now and I don't feel safe if there's a storm. Now I have to contact a lawyer. Terrible business practice.

This roofing company is unethical and unreliable. They put a new roof in our home and we're supposed to replace the skylight with a hurricane proof skylight. We have relentlessly followed up and attempted to get them to finish the job. They sent someone out to do the work about a month later and they brought the wrong size light. They said they would order a new one; that never happened! When we called back they had a ton of excuses and no answers. Finally 4 months later they were supposed to do the work while we were out of town this week. The work as expected was NOT done. Don't hire them!!!! You will regret it. They will take your money, do a terrible job and never finish the work.

No issues at all with Code Red in Stuart, Florida. Matt, our salesman, was honest and professional. David, our project manager, kept us informed throughout the process... including letting us know that the straps we had originally requested in the contact were not necessary because we already had straps hidden under our insulation. There was a delay because of the torrential rains in May/June, but they got our water proofing up right before the rains, and we had no issues.
Pricing and guaranty were very competitive. We highly recommend Code Red.

Just because this guy advertises on iheart radio all day long on many of their local stations does not mean that the company is reputable. Avoid at all costs, there are many roofers, pick another. Bad job on leaky roof they installed in 2013 and equally bad job on attempted repairs in 2019. Finally had to hire another roofer who rectified the situation.. cost me $$$ thousands...

Code Red did repairs on our roof in Spring of 2019 at over $6000. In Late November, 2019 we had a leak into our bedroom right below the area they worked on. They came out looked at it and said they would get back to us....did not. We called them and spoke to multiple people who always referred us to someone else. The leak got so bad that we had to have it done by someone else. They have refused any compensation and only after being repaired 6 months before. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK.... BE VERY CAREFUL IF DEALING WITH THEM

The company was highly recommended due to their work ethics and reasonable pricing. Sean, the sales associate was very professional, he explained everything to the detail. David (no longer with the co.) And Johan , project managers were very friendly, excellent communicator, on top of things, kept me informed of the delays and the advancement on the roof installation. The roofers were pleasant and cleaned up pretty well. The only drawback was the prolonged delays due to the weather (MOTHER NATURE'S FAULT) But, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a credible company.

Hiring Code Red Roofers to replace our roof has been one of the worst decisions we have made for our home and family.

We had multiple failed inspections throughout the re-roof due to shingles not fastened correctly, not staggered correctly, etc. The job had to be attempted multiple times. Our home was a noisy construction site for an entire MONTH. At the end of it all, we have a new roof, along with a brand new leak in one of our bedrooms. We couldn't be more disappointed by this whole re-roof process. Please don't make the same mistake we did by choosing this company to replace your roof.

I hired Code Red Roofers to replace my 20+ year old shingle roof in North Palm Beach. I was told by both the salesman and project manager that it was an easy and straight forward job that could be completed within a week. It took a full month to complete the job. They failed 3 inspections. And today I came home to a leaky roof (in a place that previously did not leak).

Although they have competitive pricing, it was not worth the poor quality of work, inconvenience, and distress it caused my family. The communication from my project manager was poor, no one has actually supervised the work of the shingle installer, and the effort to complete my project has been minimal. I've been embarrassed with my neighbors and I completely regret not going with another company.

I will have to say I had my challenges with Code Red Roofer's. However in the end all was settled. I feel I have a solid roof to last for years to come. Two employees really stood out. Sean and José they both demonstrated examples of good follow through, key listening skills and above all just plain simple kindness.

As small business owners ourselves, we can appreciate that once in a while things ""slip through the cracks""--especially when dealing with numerous different work crews. We are glad you've been able to identify the gaps in your process and are thankful that you are taking the necessary actions to remedy them. That's a sign of a conscientious and successful business--one who addresses and remedies the problems. This is the second roof (different properties) you've installed for us and both were done with quality materials and craftsmanship. Had it not been for the scheduling hassles, we would have immediately posted a 5-star review. I'm hopeful that the next roof you install for us will indeed warrant that top level review.
