Okay getting a roof is like buying a house all over again. Todd was nothing but great working with me. The job was phenomenal and quick. The roof is better than the original. The estimate was done the same day of request and working with my mortgage company went without a problem. I highly recommend their services.

Mike told me he would remove my hanging gutter system properly and hang it back up for me no problem. After a terrible experience with the roof and constantly reminding them to pick up their trash, beer bottle caps and nails, fix the ruts that their trucks left, etc etc I realized that Mike (who refused to ever talk to me again) lied to my face and did not (according to Todd -who will tell you he was a marine) leave proper notes for the guys working on it. Therefore, I have a destroyed gutter system that not only was caused by the roofers, but they had the audacity to tell the gutter company they didnt do their job properly and admitted to backnailing multiple times. Now they refuse to finish the work and have blocked my number from their business.

I can't recommend this roofing company enough!! My mom needed a new roof on her manufactured home and was having a difficult time understanding the process, estimates, insurance claims, etc. Mike talked to and helped her every step of the way, explained everything she needed to know, and worked with her to get her the best deal and the best work. He was such a pleasure to work with. They do great work, and they are honest, good people. Call them for any roofing needs!

It's quite frustrating, I have a leaking roof so I called this company they came out looked at the roof and sent me an estimate the next day. I asked Tim or Todd how soon can the repair be done he said as soon as I agree to the estimate they will be right out here so I signed the estimate that day on April 24, 2019 and still nothing I've called them and get the run around, now they don't answer when I call. I wish I knew how this company worked and not wasted my time. They might be just after bigger jobs but it would've been nice if they told me they don't want to repair my roof rather then keep me waiting.

Code Engineered Systems installed a tile roof worth approx. $45K with 10 years warranty on our new home about 4 years ago. In July of 2018 I called them to fix about 8-10 tiles slipped from the roof. Finally, in August sent their tech. out to repair our roof after many failed attempts to reach them. Temporally fixed the tile roof damages with one tub of caulk, but not replaced the cracked roof tiles. However, at the same time the roof company's technician advised us; - "" the originally applied/used adhesive material was too week/sandy, it is conceivable if clean the roof or heavy rains damage the roof again"". Based on this, we asked the roof company to inspect and repair as necessary, but they refused. After countless failed attempts to contact them, I filed a complaint with BBB CASE#: 67404956
However, in their reply tried to cover up the real facts by stating untrue events. Roof Company's response was a pure fabrication. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend hiring them, based on their service accessibility, questionable warranty and billing policies. By the way: According to roof company, ""if another company touches the roof then the warranty would be void."" - That means, we are unable to clean and seal the roof. In short; we are unable to protect our tile roof cost $45,000.

The team that was here were professional and very efficient. They did a thorough job in cleaning up the area when done. They went above and beyond. We are extremely pleased with everyone involved with this new roof. This roofing company is excellent. Communication with everyone in the company and working with us was wonderful. The pricing was great. We had 3 other quotes and agreed that Code was the best. We also had them re-roof our rental. Once again, it was beautiful and very efficient workmanship. Code engineered roofing systems. Had a complete re roof done Yesterday. Wen't with the Gaf life time warranty, used the Timberline HD shingles, and there peel and stick underlayment . Todd came over and gave us a free estimate, we had two others planned, but after one company called to rescheduled, we just decided to go with Code Engineered roofing. Todd was and is a true Pro,nice well mannered family guy, With a great family oriented business. The crew arrived early had the old shingles off in two hours. And were done by mid afternoon! Trust me when i say i look and watch every step of their job. I am retired and on a fixed income, i know every dollar i spend. ( we have to) and this crew is six star's out of five. Never seen one of them with there hands in there pockets doing nothing, they worked like a well oiled machine! My wife and i could not be happier. EXCELLENT. Would i recommend? Absolutely!! In fact i already have a neighbor that's going to give them a call. A pleasure in deed! Jesse.

Requested a quote online. A few days later I received a call from ""Todd"". I explained to him that I have a leak and need someone to take a look at my roof. He asked if I was able to meet him there and I explained that I have to work. He said that was fine and that he would be in my area on May 12th and would check out my roof that morning and call me. I waited all day and finally called ""Todd"" and of course got his voice mail. I left a msg and never heard from him again.
