Being an Owens Corning Preferred Roofing Contractor, GAF Certified Roofer, Hydro Stop Approved, Polyglass Approved, and Gaco Western Certified, we excel in detecting leaks through thermal imaging, leak repair, roof replacement, and durable roofing solutions. We support energy-efficient roofing systems that might receive FPL rebates as we are an FPL Partner. This can lead to tax incentives, energy savings, and longer lifespans for cooling systems.

With full liability coverage up to $2,000,000 and workers compensation coverage of $1,000,000, we hold licenses as Class A General Contractors since 1979 and Certified Roofing Contractors by the State of Florida. Our license numbers are CGC014408 and CCC1326776. Our owner is our certified expert with four decades of industry experience.

Initially founded in Coconut Grove, Florida, Coconut Grove Construction Corp. was formed nearly a decade ago in Fort Myers, Florida to offer quality services in a reliable and straightforward manner to the residents after realizing that many contractors in the roofing and construction industry were incapable to offer timely services that were qualified, fair, and accurate for the customer's needs and goals. Our business has expanded through our high referral rate of 80% even during the recent economic downturn. We allocate resources to utilize the most advanced technologies for identifying leaks and to apply materials in accordance with the applicable technical standards.
