After a small tornado came through the area I live in the storm damaged the roof. I called Cochran Brothers they came by the same day looked at the roof gave me a reasonable estimate. I told them to do the work and within 3 weeks the roof was done I am very happy with the work. Would I recommend them? YES!

Fast, efficient and excellent service. Cochran's team was in and out in less than a day and did an excellent job with the new roof and the yard was spotless when they left. I highly recommend them.

From a cacophony of activity to now blissful quiet, Cochran Brothers Roofing proved to be a well oiled machine... so to speak. Arriving at time promised and departing after having left the property as if they'd never been here we now have a roof to last another century. Great job, highly recommended.

Cochran Brother's Roofing cannot be trusted!! We hired them to put on a new roof in Frostproof, Florida. We do not live there, but my Mother happened to go buy after they did our roof and said it didn't look like the ends were fastened down and that a little wind would tear it off. I called them, and got a message back that said ,""I can go over everything we did on your roof if you call us back, but everything was fastened properly."" There was no way to know from Ohio what to do, so I had to get Cheryl Don Coppo to go over with a ladder and take pictures for me. They did, and you can see what they found! I texted Cochran Brother's again and told him how other people had looked at it and it was not done right like he told me, and I would get them to take pictures it I had to and he said, ""yes, send me pictures then."" So, luckily I had Don and Cheryl to do this for me. Finally, since I PROVED it to him he was then willing to go out and see it for himself. His text reply to the photos was, ""The main part of the roof looks good but the flashing doesn't so I'll stop by later this week and look at it and fix it."" That's it! THEN they did fix it. Hopefully they really fixed it correctly because what do I know about roofing? I was an absolute mess here in Ohio worrying about this and trying to figure a way to get this taken care of to PROVE to them it wasn't done right. When I asked him what they were going to do to make it right, and that I thought compensation of some sort was reasonable for this disaster, I got a voicemail from a lady (later found out was his wife at home) on Wednesday saying she was with their customer claims (?) and to call her so we could come to a agreement on how to make this right. I called several times with no return call. Today I called the main number again and left a message that no one was returning my calls. He called me back and told me about how much it cost them to drive out there...45 minutes he kept telling me and the cost of fixing it......which is NOT my problem! So he said I was being ridiculous to expect anything in return for my troubles. That is way they treat customers! He said ""Even if you didn't see it until April when you visited again it wouldn't matter. There wouldn't have been any leaking or damage because of it and it wouldn't have blown off unless there was a hurricane or something."" Please NOTE: The warranty does not cover damage from hurricane winds! So you are really taking a chance if you choose this company!

Just had the roof replaced on the house and boat house. CBR did a great job! They chose a dry week to do the job. They contacted me several days ahead of work start. Showed up when they said they were coming and did a quality installation job. Did a decent job of cleanup after. No unexpected charges or problems. Job was done in 3 days, start to finish. highly recommend Cochran Brothers Roofing.
