Coby showed up on a Friday and got the job done the following Monday. He was the only one to actually go up on the roof and pull up shingles while giving me a quote. Coby came on time, was responsive to text and calls, and gave me the best price.

I requested an estimate to repair my roof for a minor leak. I called several companies for an estimate. Coby responded right away, took before pictures to show the damage and cause of the leak. He came in with a very fair estimate. The other roof companies didn't even respond or stated I needed a new roof.

Needless to say, I hired Coby. He was responsive, showed up on time, and repaired my roof on the day as scheduled. He even took after photos to show and document his work. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Because of Coby's fine work, I had him repair a minor leak in a rental property. Coby responded right away, gave me a very fair estimate, fixed the leak, and took before and after pics. He even replaced a damage cap on a roof heater pipe and replaced it with a new one at no charge. He then painted the piping and vents to match the roof. Solid work and great service. Definitely a must hire if you have a damaged roof.

Communication with Coby was great. He is easy to talk to. We agreed on a price to replace our facia and change the metal plate on the edge of the roof. I unfortunately was not at home when the job was done. The job was not seamless and the metal plate was not replaced. I sanded, caulked and repainted the facia. I recommend that if you hire Coby, be present to check on the quality of the work.

Before you call anyone else to look at your roof, call Coby! After the recent hurricane, we noticed a small leak in one of our room's corners. Called Coby and he promptly returned my call and came out a few days later to inspect the roof. Coby arrived on time and inspected the roof, determining he could do a fix right then and there! His quote was reasonable and he went right to work. Coby is also very friendly (and dog-friendly) and we share a love of giant dogs! If your roof suddenly leaks or has other issues, I highly recommend you call Coby first.

Coby did an excellent job installing two bathroom exhaust vents of my roof, a job that a lot of bigger roofing companies wouldn't even bother coming out to look at without charging out the wazoo. Coby's quotes were very reasonable and the work was done well and promptly. I was so happy I also had him do another roof patch and vent install after he finished his first job. It's clear he knows what he's doing and he's extremely friendly to boot. Can't recommend him enough for any and all roof repairs/installs.
