I found Coburn Roof Company on the Nextdoor - South Del Rey app. After reading many positive reviews, they were one of the three bids we received for our complete reroofing project. Coburn Roof Company was not the least expensive of the three bids, but I was impressed with their personalized customer service. I feel customer service and performance is paramount when working on a large project. I was not disappointed. The customer service exceeded my expectations and the project didn't disrupt my life as much as I expected. I was particularly impressed with Pat and his daughter, Kaley, with their kindness and willingness to explain and answer any of my questions before, during and after the project was completed. Called in on Friday for an estimate for someone to come and look at my roof leak. Pat called on Monday morning, Willy came by at 11am looked my situation and proceeded to fix the leak on the spot. He was done in half and hour! What service is that! Willy seemed to know everything about roofing,

Had a huge problem with water running off the roof and into the hot water heater outside.Called Pat sent his crew over to see what needed to be done.
Installed a diverted so water would no get into hot water heater.So with all the rain we have had all is good.Thats Coburn for the fix You guys are my hero's

Trying to keep the money flowing in Inglewood and support local businesses. Haha not when there's businesses like this.

I called for an estimate on 9/19/2018 the receptionist took my info and said that Pat was not in and that he would call me the next day.

Pat did call me, but he wouldn't take the time to give me an estimate because I was not the owner of the property no exceptions.

The owner of the property is my uncle and he's 85 years old. My uncle asked me and gave me authority to take care of the roof.

Pat wouldn't even let me get a word in to explain the situation. Must be nice to be in a comfortable position where you can turn down a $15000 job.

Worth every penny!
Coburn roofing did not come in with the lowest bid but with their experience I was willing to pay the extra money. The owner is a bit aggressive (calls at the crack of dawn, shows up without an appointment) but he gets the job done. My house is about 1800 sf + garage and they were in out out in about a week. Now that the rains have come in I can give a genuine review. I have zero issues and highly recommend this company. Coburn found a way to work within my budget. They have a lot of work and could have easily turned down the job. Instead they were accommodating. Two thumbs up!

My Mother is a WIDOW and a SENIOR CITIZEN. Coburn Roof Company came out to her home to inspect a leak to the roof above my attached garage. The roofer that inspected said that he did a temporary repair and they would be back to complete a permanent repair. However, it has been a few weeks and NO one has called her. Every time I call their office, the phone just rings and rings, No Answer and No Machine. In the meantime, I received and paid a bill from Coburn Roof Company for $185. The roof is still leaking and I am NOT able to reach anyone a Coburn Roof Company. Lastly, I have NO clue what the $185 I paid was for? SMH

Coburn Roof Co. put a new roof on my house about a year ago (I wanted to wait to post this review until I had the roof a while). I can honestly say that it was not only a pleasure working with Coburn, but that the roof looks great. Coburn even worked with my painter (see my review for Greg Oakland painting) on the house and trim color and coordinating it with the roof color. I highly recommend Coburn. They were incredibly reliable and responsive.

i was referred to this company by multiple neighbors and friends in the westchester (LAX) area. Based on their reviews, I called and scheduled an appointment. Everyone at Coburn was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered beautifully on the project. I added ridge ventilation on my roof, which was about a day's work. It was obvious the project manager, Mr. Pat Burn, the project lead, Beto, and the office support were knowledgeable and been in this business for a long time. i think they recently celebrated their 100th anniversary and it shows, both in their experience and workmanship. Add me to the list of neighbors that will refer Coburn to my friends and family
