Follow up on Cobex construction company. Over the past few weeks, we have received some many glowing comments from friends and neighbors? about the? remodeling of our kitchen, french doors in our family room with access to a central courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz countertops with no seams, glass tile backsplash, new electrical switches, new designer cooktop hood, dishwasher, and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing ""Cool Coat"" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator.

It is a joy to come home every day and see how beautiful, and open the Cobex team, (Vaz, Alex, and the entire crew) has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. Two close realtor friends have commented on the amazing improvements and increased value Cobex created for our home.

Their excellent workmanship, on-time service, clean up and follow up to ensure everything is to our satisfaction has been excellent.

We are very happy with our experience with Cobex. Julian was kind and friendly and was prompt for our appointments. He went over everything in detail. The roof ended up being a lot more than anticipated but it was at not fault to the company. The roof was old and they did an amazing job of getting it done and helping with financing. They even came back when we had money left over to do the siding. Its like we have a new house ! Sergey is professional and knows what he is doing. Everyone who worked on our house was courteous and they cleaned up every single night even though I told them they didnt need to. If doing repairs or building always count for 10-12% increase in cost. They cannot tell the damage until they tear the layers away. If you plan ahead you always are better off. Thank you Cobex !!!!

I did a lot of research on getting some remodeling done on a home I just purchased. I'm glad I did, Cobex went above and beyond my expectations. A new roof, a new kitchen remodel and a new back door entry. Also had some electrical issues that they were happy to address as well. Would certainly recommend this company who wants a big or small job done, they are all perfectionists. I had new retaining walls installed and COBEX did an outstanding job.

They made sure everything was done correctly and actually did a little more work than what was quoted.
No price adjustment was needed and the quality of the work was very professional.

It has been 2 years since their work was accomplished and the retaining walls and all their work still look like new.

Where do I start? They are a prime example of why I loathe dealing with contractors. I met them at the Roseville Home Show and we scheduled an appt for a few weeks later (good sign that they were booked through those dates). It allowed me time to research the company and read the reviews. Julian arrived on time and was courtesy and professional. He provide me a quote, I signed the contract, gave the deposit,and became excited about my roof and siding to be done.
Here it comes - the day before they started the work,Sergey and another gentleman came out, ripped off some of my trim around my house and they were poking holes everywhere. Low and behold, they DOUBLED the price!!! It went from $25k to $50k. I honestly thought I was on canid camera. Wait - There's more. I canceled the siding portion of the contract because I don't have an extra $25k laying around. They left my house exposed from where they removed the trim, and I discovered they removed a large portion of my siding and just left it! I have a zero lot line and it was my neighbors side of the yard, so I didn't even know about it. She was trying to sell her home and I was appalled. I called Sergey and sent him the picture you see below and he said, ""oh sorry"".
They did a phenomenal job on the roof; however, I had to call many times. They told me it was going to be done on a Sat and I came home from a trip to find trash in the yard and it not complete. They left it like that all weekend - so embarrassing! Once again, the response was , ""sorry"". After an entire week, it was finally finished.
The only reason I gave them any stars was the quality of the work and the pleasantries of the workers.
They are a contracting company as to why I hate being a single female, to take advantage of.

People from Cobex are very nice but didn't follow through. After first visit, and no quote received, they called to follow up weeks later and apologized. With their assurance they'd make sure we got good service this time, we took time off work to have a second person come out to appraise what was needed and, once again, have not received a quote.

Unfortunately my home had a partial flat roof that leaked. But we are grateful that we found Cobex out of several other roofing companies that had quality material, reasonable pricing and excellent customer experiences. Selecting Cobex made a difference in this project shared some pictures of their work. We would definitely recommend them not only for roofing, gutters but also lattice work as well. Sergey did an excellent job at project managing this project. Thank you for your services

I just completed three projects with Cobex. Samvel arrived on time, very polite and accommodating, just a very nice and professional gentlemen. My issue dealt with repairing facia, some wood rot realigning the flashings, power washing the retaining wall, sidewalk, entry and driveway. He was thorough, took pictures which were sent back to the office for review in determining a bid for the project. We felt the bid was reasonable, accepted the bid and they gave us a start date. They text me the day before the start date to confirm and showed up the next morning. Jose and a co-worker worked on the roof which turned out to be more involved than anticipated. The amount of water running down from the second story had seeped under the first story tiles, ruined the barrier under the tile and the plywood was wet. It needed to be replaced meaning the deck overhang had to be jacked up in order to replace the plywood and place a new barrier down under the tiles. Because this needed to be done to prevent further damage they did it and it cost them more time and money to do it right. They never said anything to me, the bid was not altered. I knew they did more than what we discussed and when the project was completed we opted to pay a little more to try and compensate for a job ""above and beyond"". Val came out on day two of this project, painted the facia that was replaced, some trim boards, power washed the concrete and retaining wall --- hard worker and it looked amazing after he was done. Sergey came out several times to inspect and consult with the team, very knowledgeable young man and again I was impressed.
We then discussed a second project involving repairing our deck and painting the stucco on the side of the house that got heavy morning and afternoon sun. They also did the chimney. Big Surgey did a miracle job on the deck! I half expected we were going to either rip it out or totally replace it. Big Surgey was incredible, another hard worker! The repair was unbelievable!!
Then, unexpectedly, we had a huge downpour a couple weeks ago----here comes another roof leak in the garage. We immediately turned to Cobex, they came out, inspected, gave us a bid and we accepted. In addition we requested a roof certification, the entire roof was inspected, Jose found a couple broken tiles and some areas that needed additional work. Again they came out and completed the job within 10 days or so and the work was completed.
I would highly recommend Cobex for any home projects, they were absolutely fantastic to work with, professional, knowledgeable,
we felt their work was superb and they stand behind they work. I have great confidence with their work and will use them again!
