Pamela H.I am sorry I ever did business with the company! This was my friend I trusted to do right by my family. My roof was damaged by hail and the owner did help us in that respect with the insurance company. The roof was finally put on after many, many delays. The finish work that was promised TWICE, has still not been done.The owner promised he would seal and paint the fascia boards were the drip edge did not come down as far as the previous one leaving exposed wood. Some of the joining points of the drip edge are not flush. We made the final payment 9-2-16 and we have waited for 6 weeks for completion and satisfaction.No communication of why the promised work was again not completed last week. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Extremely disappointed in the betrayal of trust.

Poor customer service, never answer repeated calls . Had roof replaced weeks ago and still haven't come back to fix issues
V C.I tried them before and it was fine as the service person showed up on at given appointment. Now, I think they was become to big and the service quality has dropped. this time around, it was pain right from trying to book an appointment and eventually for them to come over and inspect a small leak that lead to a wet corner paint. 4 days and no one come for inspection. may be the business is good and now all the values and big words on the website can go for a spin.
