I had the same expeirence took forever to get the work approved by the city of cape coral, they wanted me to do all he running around with the cape coral buildings dept also calling and faxing paperwork to various inspection and mortgage companies , i mind as well have been working there as there office manager i probably would have expedited the claim faster. Then he gives me an estimate for $22,000 for roof replacement then comes by my house at a later date and drops off an estimate in my mail box for $ 40,000 talk about over inflation. I wont mention the name of the person who i delt with through this whole fiasco but he knows who he is, not to mention i had further leaks in my roof , i had pay , to have them repaired elsewhere through another co. without being compensated . Beware stay aware from this co , as you can see from the other reviews , not worth the headache and aggravation.

The story continues. No communication from the company, False promises and they have my money. It has been one year that we have been trying to get the roof done. Encompass management recommended Costal. Both companies are in bed together.

As mentioned in the other reviews, these guys are awful. They took full payment up front (5 months ago) and then proceeded to damage my home through their negligence. The roof is still a disaster, shoddy and incomplete work. Needless to say, we'll end up in court on this one.

I own a rental home in Naples and had this company replace my roof. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the sales person was very honest and direct. He was there to answer questions and made me feel completely comfortable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Do not use. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. Dealing with hurricane damage was bad enough, they only made it worse.

Beware of this company. They try to get the customer to enter into a high pressure contract on the day of estimate. They overinflated the price of my roof estimate. $15,000 higher estimate than other companies. They also try to add on insurance deductible on top of the roofing estimate. Than when you refuse to use their company they will threaten to take legal action if you sign their contract. Please beware of this company save yourself trouble do not use. They are a scam to innocent home owners after a disaster. Go with a well known local company over thus terrible company.
