A roof repair was performed by Cory at Coastal Roofing, and shortly after he left it started leaking, and every time we receive heavy rains, it continues to leak. I paid $2,500 for the repair and was told that the slingers were warranted for 20 years, materials and workmanship. Obviously, this is still under warranty, but the company doesn't appear to warranty their own work. The existing roof was installed in 2015. The repair by Coastal is about three years old. Again, tge shingles used are warranted 20 years, and the installer (Cory) should warranty his workmanship. I hired Coastal because they were the only roofing company I knew of and I want my money to stay in Lumberton.

I thought my roof replacement completed 8/22/20 went fairly well other than numerous delays but shortly after condensate was dripping down my interior walls due to no attic exhaust ventilation installed. A very inexperienced crew was sent to install roof vents on 11/30/20 and has created a lot of damage to the new roof, after some verbal exchanges the crew left with damaged shingles, numerous missing shingles and improperly installed vents that will leak if not covered. It was also noticed that the underlayment wasn't installed properly to begin with and was most likely cause for the condensate problem The owner has not even contacted me to see if we could resolve the issue, currently reporting to BBB and hiring attorney.

They told me the repair would take 5-6 hours, they did it in 3. But was still charged for 6. Buyer beware.

I was anxious about choosing a company to repair and re-roof my mom's house since I am not local. I chose this company because of their great credentials and I am so glad I did. The owner came to check the site before work began. We were worried that there was a potential leak due to a rotten vent so they tarped the area to protect it while we waited our turn for service. The owner also checked on the job while it was in process, which was very reassuring to my mom. The roofing team was pleasant and helpful. They did the job in record time and cleaned up every nail. The roof looks beautiful. I can't say enough about our experience with this company. I highly recommend them.
