I am very frustrated with this company.

There is another active roof leak at my house. I am trying to reach someone there for two days already with out success. I left messages at the office, i sent emails, texts messages and voicemails to the sales person and the owner, plus sent many emails.

I purchased a new roof with this company a little over a year. Before 1 year we had two leaks, now that is a little over 1 year old another leak happens:-( I am starting to suspect the honesty of this company. What is the point to give me a 5 years warranty if they don't even care to answer emergencies like this?

Lied to many times, they said that they have there own crews which is a lie, everything is subbed out to the cheapest contractor which in our case
Led to inferior workmanship

This is the second house they helped us with and they've done an amazing job both times. They helped us with a leak on both houses and they were quick, very responsive and very polite when he had to come inside and check it out from the inside. Thank you guys so much! I definitely recommend them.

Hurricane Irma passed right over my home on Cudjoe Key. Coastal was there for us, bringing in a crew from Northern Florida and Georgia guys.
They found housing for them so they were nearby. Coastal lined us up with Gulf Coast Roofing out of Ft. Meyers to get the metal roof materials which were in short supply. Captain John Delgado out of Big Pine was one of the first on the scene. The quality job, which passed Monroe County Building inspection with flying colors.
Communication was supberb, always answering the texts and emails promply.
They came through for us in a disaster zone.

ZERO STARS! Terrible Experience. This company started work on our roof weeks ago and have not been back to complete the job. We are now in the heart of hurricane season in south florida with NO ROOF. Temperatures have been on average in the 90's.

The job should have been completed within days, a week max.
The work they did do was sloppy at best. After a day of work they punctured the AC line breaking the air condition in the middle of summer causing us to have to stay at a hotel for days. They destroyed the front landscaping, stained the front stone walkway with smears of black tar, left pieces of sharp bent metal, screws and nails around our house, so our toddler can no longer play in the yard without fear of being injured. They also broke our light fixtures in our entrance way.

The days they did come to work, they spent significant amount of time fishing the canal behind our house. Which they left a rope with a rusty hook outside for my child to potentially find.

DO NOT hire this company. it has been beyond a headache.

Dustin and his team were great! Very professional and very reasonably priced! Couldn't be happier! Finding a contractor in Florida can be very tough, glad we hired them for our roof repairs, he couldn't have made it any easier!
