Loving our new roof! the color was a perfect match for our newly painted home. Cant help to admire how well it matches. Coastal Roofing and Solar did an excellent job in proving an estimate and delivering the quality work they promised. We are very pleased with service provided and highly recommend to homeowners looking to update their roof. They offer a variety of services and products to fit your needs. We had rain gutters installed with the new roof and the whole job took about two weeks to complete.

I first heard about this company as I moved to Salinas. I've known people that work there for quite some time now. There are fun. Good group people who enjoy what they do. They helped My fiance and I with our addition of the solar panels. They looked at our current usage and helped us find the best value for our home. Hey, communicated through email, phone call and also my fiance was able to go to where the company was and each version sat down with their experience about solar panels. My fiance put on two roofing vents from the bathroom and they helped correct it to a better spot along with doing the panels. Chris, Fadi, Brian and Matt we're outstanding in their work and also help me find the right Wi-Fi connection so that we could monitor our solar panels. We hope to get our roof done in the future.

Coastal Roofing and Solar are awesome! My roof was installed in 2018 and the experience was as great as you could ask for in my opinion. There were unexpected issues, which are common, but Gabe was on it and we talked it all out.

Our solar system is great and working fine as well.

The reason I'm posting this now is because I recently had an issue with the grounding rod of the solar system. I texted Gabe and they sent out a tech and fixed it. The issue was my fault, but they still took care of me, 4 years after the installation.

That is customer service.

We asked for a quote for our business. Gabe came out and assessed the site. We spent a great deal of time with him and had the landlord discuss options together also. We were promised a proposal by the next week, but 2 weeks later we called to complain that we had not had our feedback and were promised a quick response. That was 2 weeks ago! We wish we hadn't wasted a whole month waiting on this company.

Gabe came out to inspect two leaks that we recently noticed. I have to say, not at all what I expected from a roofing service. Gabe was not only extremely kind and courteous, he made short work of determining the cause of the leaks.

And that's where it got wierd.

Gabe showed me pics of the issue, and described how the problem arose. Then, he told me, in detail, how to easily fix it myself.

Wait... What?

Yeah, he wasn't really interested in punching money out of me. He was interested in fixing the issue, in the best way possible, for me. For ME! Who does that? Gabe told me a few tips to make the job easier, and for the repair to be long lasting.

That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days, and I appreciate it far more than I can adequately put into words.

I'm going to need gutter work, and am interested in some kind of solar solution. And I'll call no one else, because I'm sold on Gabe's pure professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and rock solid integrity.

Was doing a install in Carmel area and was desperately in need of some material. Coastal Roofing and Solar Open their doors and help me out with the material I needed .
Rather than pushing me away since solar is so competitive now a days, they treated me like their own and help me accomplish the task at a timely fashion.

My husband and I have a dear friend who is a very successful/reputable contractor. We needed a new roof and asked him who he would recommend. He gave us Kurt's name and number. After leaving ONE (1!) message Kurt called us back that evening! Very prompt coming to inspect and give us a proposal. We had a bit of a wait, which he told us we would, but... it was well worth the wait! Every single aspect of the experience was stellar and we now have a fabulous new roof with gorgeous copper gutters, etc. Gabriel oversaw the job and he and his crew were exceptional. On time, respectful, hard working and just great guys! (NO loud music blaring like my neighbor's workers!)
It was so refreshing to meet a business man who understands customer service, hard work and integrity! Do you really need expensive advertising if your customers are singing your praises?!! Needless to say, I highly recommend them when you need a great new roof!

We had Coastal Roofing and Solar do some extensive roof and gable repair on our concrete tile roof before installing our solar. They had been referred to us by my dad and brother. Kurt and Fadi were so helpful and professional, even finding matching tile for our 30 year old roof which we had not been able to locate. They were patient and answered all of our questions promptly. The work was done on time and they were so professional. The solar panels are performing beautifully and we are enjoying the benefits of them. We have referred Coastal Roofing and Solar to many neighbors and friends and will continue to do so in the future! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
