DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This only gives one star because that is as low as I can go..should be zero stars.
As indicated by the previous reviewer, this company is very questionable. The address is not legitimate. They do not appear to have a business license on record in Charleston or N Charleston. Before knowing this, I hired them for a roofing job that they stated would be done in a day. They worked half a day, left my property a mess, and left the job. When I made a complaint about the mess, they returned the next day, gathered their equipment and left the job again. They refused to refund my payment. They left my red metal roof unfinished, partially covered with a white roofing sealant (not the product initially requested), and sealant throughout my property and on my Vespa. When advised a claim will be filed in small claims court, they laughed and stated if I did so they will refund my payment $50 per month..which would be 2 years. I am happy to provide pictures to anyone considering hiring this company. If you choose to use them, ask about a business license and request to see their IDs. After further research, I do not think the names they gave were even accurate now.

The day before Thanksgiving I contacted the folks from Coastal. I spoke to an individual who was later identified as Joe O'conner. I advised that I had damage from Hurricane Matthew. I asked if he could give a time he could look at my roof. He said he could come now. A further discussion advised that Allstate had looked at the roof. But the damage was under the amount covered and therefore was an out of pocket expense for me .upon finding out Allstate's estimation. O'conner charged me double. Upon further checking after the fact I found the work was not completed as paid for. The company does not have a central location because I went to the given address. Said company of Coastal Empire Roofing in my opinion and experience is a gypsy company.....
