This is a bad company. Look at the history of the agent, look at all the law suits and consumer complaints. They open a license under home construction, pool installation or mold remediation. Then numerous complaints that result in lawsuits and the decision goes to the consumer. Many consumers have posted that despite the award in their favor the company doesn't pay. They lose their license and BBB accreditation so then they start a new license and take advantage of more consumers. They've been doing this in New England for years now preying on the consumers of Florida state.
Know who you are giving your hard earned money to before signing. Get dates and clear contract detailing.
Maybe they'll do a good job for you.
Maybe you won't be a victim like so many have been.
