This company uses very deceptive business practices. Showed up at the door, tried to fast talk us into using them, demanded full payment upfront, tried to charge tax when tax included in estimate.from insurance company, provided no contract and no warrantee. Then tried to claim that adding on extra fees was SAVING us money. If they show up at your door, don't answer!

Coast to Coast ghosted me and did not show up during my inspection for my claim. My rep became completely unresponsive and when other reps knocked on my door trying to sell, they said they made a mistake and the previous rep told them to skip our house (because the claim was denied and he ghosted me). They set a sign in my yard without permission that got me fined by the HOA. But the most egregious offense was that they changed my contact information through both insurance companies for both of my homes that they submitted claims for. Because they changed my contact information to theirs, the insurance company was not able to get in contact with me to renew my home insurance, which caused a lapse in coverage. Now that my roof has been severely damaged by storms, no insurance company will insure my home after the lapse in coverage. Stay away from Coast to Coast at all costs!

Sad salespeople are so desperate for a sale that they will ignore no solicting signs.

This company wont even pay for the $15 peddlers permit that the city they are soliciting in requires. They have 0 care for the pocketbooks of their salespeople who were fined $500 for this mishap by their managers.

What I like the most about this company is communication. Every step of the way as we figured out where we were with insurance, supplies, time frames and information on the process, these guys were here. We didn't have to search them out. They just stayed in touch with us. And the professional quality of the service is the best I have seen. They explained each step we had to take, did an awesome job and followed up to make sure everything was right. They did such good work that two of our neighbors decided to use them as well.
