We had an amazing experience with them! We redid all the gutters in our house, they were very punctual and professional. Everything was done within a day! Very happy with the job done and finished product. It also updated the look of our mid century ranch style home.

good luck with these people. numerous phone calls not returned, finally the proposal was delivered, then numerous phone calls unreturned. finally a threat, getting someone else, they agreed to a date. showed up late, i talked to them, they said they were on their way to my unit to talk to me, left. i kept calling, finally they replied that they didn't realize they'd need brackets to install (despite coming to the property previously, they were still ill prepared to go the job) i was told on monday that they would call by wednesday to set up another date. today is friday and i called and never heard back. how they are able to run a business is beyond me when they are not reliable, responsible, or professional. don't waste your time

Coast to coast came out to my house to install gutters all around. 7 months later one seam started leaking. I called , and told me they would be out in three weeks. Never showed. Called them again. Said there was a miscommunication with the manager. Said they would come out in two weeks. Never showed or called. Hie do these types of people stay in business.

We are so happy we chose Coast to Coast Gutters. Larry came out and did our estimate. He was on time, courteous, professional and answered all my questions. The installation was scheduled quickly and the crew arrived and all worked in an organized manner. They were all professional and courteous and worked well as a team. They were careful working around my home. The gutters and downspouts look great and we've had no issues with them at all. It even poured right after they left so I was able to immediately evaluate how well everything was working.

STAY AWAY. From the first day they had installed my gutters I have been asking them to come down too me as we have a leak, they have never came, been calling them over a year already, they have never came too fix our problem with the gutter leak they installed me. They always say I will get a call back which is lies. Don't loose your dollars!!!!!

They didn't do anything ""wrong"", per se, but the difficulty in communications makes me hesitant to recommend them or use them again in the future. I explained to the receptionist who answered my call and requested my information what i needed. After they performed the estimate I did not receive the estimate or any follow-up information until I contacted the company myself - because they had recorded my contact information incorrectly. There was an error with the estimate which i asked them to correct and then revise the estimate. Again there was no follow-up until I contacted the company a week later. They had misunderstood my request once again and revised the estimate with the wrong change. After a third request for an accurate estimate, I finally received one. But I do question their measurement technique ... according to their dimensions my house is larger than it truly is!
Additionally they demanded payment before providing service. After payment they provided their terms and conditions which clearly state that payment is only necessary AFTER service is provided! Suspicious ...

This company is very unorganized.
On April 23rd, I called to see if they could give my company a quote for our buildings and to use them as a vendor to keep on file for repairs.
I talked to someone and scheduled this. They told me they would have ""Larry"" on the property on May 2 at 10am to do the estimate.

I had my crew here to meet with them, and NO ONE showed up.

On May 3rd, I called and inquired about the appointment and the lady I talked to on the phone couldn't find our requested appointment in the system.

She then put me on hold and came back with questions of the height of our building. I explained that when I booked the appointment, I explained we had several acres of buildings and need repairs on several.

I was then told that they couldn't help us because they do no do commercial.

They came and wrote an estimate. I called them twice to schedule the job. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. They finally scheduled the install. I called the day before to confirm. Got no respons. Finally called them on the day of the install and again they did not know what I was talking about and claimed they had nothing scheduled. Horrible company. Would not use them.

Updating my previous review:

The gutters they installed are all now coming loose. Terrible installers. Very rude and difficult to talk to. Only nice person was Larry the estimator.

Never realized anyone can mess up something like following a diagram and nailing a gutter in but I guess these installers did. Now I have to redo my gutters.

These guys did a great job with our gutters. They came out last Thursday for the estimate and we had new gutters the very next day. The installers were great, arrived exactly on time, were polite and didn't waste a minute. The gutters they installed are solid, fit perfectly, look great and have more support brackets than our other building. No overcharges, the final price was exactly what the estimate was (about 20% less than the estimate I had from another gutter company). I would highly recommend Coast to Coast Gutters to others.
