Liza and Ramon rehabbed two clay tile roofs for me. They replaced my three large skylights and removed my solar array. Ramon's team removed the tiles, stripped off all the underlying felt, and flashings, and replaced all. They were organized, neat, and constantly cleaned their work area. Liza was super communicative and a delight to work with. My overall experience and the finished product were excellent. I highly recommend CRS.

Liza and her Crew are top notch experts in roofing ! We got our quote within a day of requesting, materials ordered and a week later they were able to get us in :) from material selections, design advice , working within our budget and great quality work- we couldn't have been happier . Our experience with Coast Roofing Service was excellent. We needed to re-roof our concrete tile roof and got a few recommendations for roofers from neighbors and friends. While looking those companies up in Yelp I read the reviews for Coast Roofing Services and brought them in to give an estimate. Liza and Ramon came out promptly and were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave a very competitive bid and a good timeline so we hired them.

Ramon's crew were very hard working and completed the job on time. They cleaned up the work site every day and we didn't find so much as a nail in our yard. They worked every day and never left to a second project and the workers were very professional. Overall the experience with the whole crew was excellent.

I'm not a roofer, but the quality of their work looked excellent to me. I especially liked the progress reports from Ramon and the drone footage of the different stages of the job.

If you have a roof that needs replacement you should definitely call Coast Roofing Service, you'll be glad you did.

Coast Roofing installed new concrete tile roof for my new construction house. I am extremely impressed with both their quality of work and communication. From the very beginning Liza the owner was very friendly and responsive. As an owner builder, I work with a lot of contractors during this construction. Coast Roofing stood out as a contractor who doesn't just takes care of the job, they take care of the customer. I feel I can always text Liza even over the weekend and get a response timely.

Their pricing was very competitive and Roman brought the crew who worked very very hard. My house is pretty far from the street. Guys sweated under the hot Sun to carry all the tiles in the roof. And they always had a smile on their face and cracking jokes. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I'm attaching some pictures here showing the beautiful tiles in the roof.

LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOF OR A REPAIR.... COAST ROOFING SERVICES IS THE ONE TO GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AROUND

My grandmothers house was in dyer need of a new roof and facia boards She's 77 years old and was looking for a good company to come and give her estimates. Well that was mission impossible to get a legit licensed contractor to come out and give her a written estimate so she can make a wise decision. She had several companies show up with used car salesmen trying to pressure close her and when she told them she needed to think about it they were very short and rude. Very frustrating when she's never done a roof job in her life as my grandfather used to take care of all the repairs and deal with the contractors before he passed away.

I got involved and told my grandmother I would help her and get the right company to come out and do the job. I made a few calls and had a few companies come out and bid the job. Few companies wanted to do a overlay on top of the two layers that were existing which didn't make sense to just put more roofing over damaged roofing. I finally got recommended by the neighbor to call Liza with coast roofing and she showed up the next day very professional and knowledgeable about roofs and explained to us the process and the pros and cons of different types of roofing. We were very comfortable with the Liza and all her experience and knowledge.

It took about 45 min to see that she actually cared for my grandmothers concerns and home. Liza walked around the house and pointed out many areas of damaged facia from weather and water rot. Got on the roof and came back down showed us the damage she was able to see with photos. At this moment we knew she was the one for the job regardless of price. But great to know she was beyond fairly priced and explained the warranty and what to expect during the job and explained to us the permitting and why it's important to get the right permit to do the job and have it inspected by a city inspector. The job was done in 3 days very clean and no debris left on the property. The guys on the job were very courteous and professional.
