My fence doors were broken and need to be replaced. Cesar impressed me out of a number of contractors with two factors: 1, he offered to build fence door with steel frame; 2. he was the few contractors who was flexible enough to take on smaller budget project, which is quite attractive recently when inflation runs high. Cesar completed the project himself, I really like the steel frame door that last longer than wooden doors without steel frames. I liked Cesar very carefully prepared materials before he work on project. I recommend Cesar for your fence project.

The agreement was to repair a fence by putting 8 posts to the concrete and replacing at least 2 posts. Cesar replaced 2 posts with footing and took down payment (half of the agreed payment for all jobs) without getting confirmation. Responsiveness with any email or messages was very poor and required sending several notifications to get a reply sometimes another day. That was not the right behavior for the beginning of the business.
