After many years of serving the community with quality roofs, Jana and Mike are stepping into a ""soft retirement"" and transitioning CMM Roofing to new ownership. They will stay on in advisory positions for the foreseeable future, committed to the continued excellence of the company.

Greetings! I'm Mike Hamilton, the President and co-owner of CMM. Originally from Green Bay, WI, I have found Sarasota and Port Charlotte to be the most welcoming and genuine places in Florida. With over 35 years in construction, including 20 years in roofing, I have seen it all. During Hurricane Charley, we experienced tremendous growth, completing over 300 roof installations in a single year! We enjoy a loyal customer base, with many returning after we repair their roofs and then need new installations. We guarantee the quality of our roofs. Since 2004, we have been serving Port Charlotte and Cape Haze.

On a personal level, my wife, Jana, oversees our business operations. Jana will guide you in color selection and make sure we adhere to our timeline. You could say she is the backbone of our company.

We will supply your wind mitigation form for your insurance agent, allowing you to get the lowest insurance premium available for your home. There is no charge for this service. An advanced license is required for this service, which we possess.
