Started by Jana and Mike Hamilton as CMM Commercial Contracting Inc over 25 years ago, the company has developed into a highly regarded roofing contractor in Southwest Florida, specializing in a range of roofing services from residential to commercial.

Following years of providing exceptional roofing solutions, Jana and Mike are announcing their ""soft retirement"" and the handover of CMM Roofing to new leadership. Jana and Mike will continue in advisory roles for the time being, helping to maintain the business's success and quality standards.

Greetings! I'm Mike Hamilton, the President and part owner of CMM. Coming from Green Bay, WI, I believe Sarasota and Port Charlotte are the most sincere places in Florida. I bring over 35 years of construction experience, with 20 years specifically in roofing. During Hurricane Charley, we experienced tremendous growth, completing over 300 roof installations in a single year! We have numerous repeat customers who come back after we repair their roofs and later require new ones. We guarantee the quality of our roofs. We have proudly served Port Charlotte and Cape Haze since 2004.

On a personal note, my wife, Jana, manages the business operations. She helps you choose colors and keeps us on schedule. You could say she is the backbone of our company.

We will provide your wind mitigation form for your insurance agent, helping you secure the lowest possible insurance premium for your home. There is no charge for this service. You need an advanced license to perform this, and we have it.
