I moved to my current house a little over 5 years ago and had not been able to find the right contractor to help me with different repairs, including roof repairs.

I was recently referred to Rick by one of his previous clients who was happy with an insurance claim that he helped her with and replaced her roof. He inspected my roof and found that there was no storm damage and advised to only perform roof maintenance because the roof still has considerable life left in it. My insurance carrier wanted me to replace the roof, which caused a lot of stress for me.

I ended up getting Rick to perform maintenance on the roof and now we are getting a different policy having the peace of mind that I don't need to replace the roof.
And I am extremely happy with the work done and will referred him to all my friends and family. I planned to used him in the future for all my roofing and home improvement needs

Stay far away from this company. In my experience, they are dishonest, unprofessional and opportunistic. They continually failed to start the job as agreed upon, yelled at me, ""Jesus, Yadira!"" when I insisted on him committing to a start date. I asked several times to cancel my contract and I was ignored. After no reply to my emails,19 days later I received a Demand Letter demanding $8000 for Breach of contract and threatening further legal action. Save yourself the time, headache, and legal fees.

We used CM roofing pros recently for a patio roof vent leak. They replaced all patio shingles, the vent and patched the patio ceiling. My brother saw a dent in our roof under a vent and told me that we needed to fix it immediately as it would get worse quickly. We saw it was leaking under the roof that hangs off the house and an old vent with rusted nails seemed to be the cause. Two days later (yesterday) we find out that tropical storm Hannah is headed our way and rain was on the forecast for the next eight days. I started panicking yesterday morning! Rick had his technician come and check it out at the end of the same day. I had an estimate delivered within the next hour as rain was scheduled to start less than 18 hours later.
