Called to request a new roofing quote, and Steve, the owner, came out the next day for roof measurements. He's been in the business many many years. He mailed a contract with the total cost, and dropped off roofing samples/colors with the type of colors we expressed interest. His price was very fair, in our opinion. After we told him we'd accepted his offer, he stopped by, picked up the signed contract and samples, after we showed him the color roofing we'd go with. Excellent customer service.
His crews have been busy and he will update us close to the time frame the new roof will be placed.

After a falling tree branch broke a few roof tiles, I needed someone who was willing to do a small job, which so few people are. Steve was at my house in less than an hour, replaced the broken tiles, told me where I might be able to find some more replacement tiles to match my 36-year-old roof, blew the leaves off the roof and then off the sidewalk. He made some recommendations for maintenance to keep my roof in good shape. It's such a relief to know who to call for any future roof issues!
