It's unfortunate that we've not had a good experience with Clonts Roofing. We chose them based on a referral. Hired them to repair a roof leak in August 2022. The first heavy rain in the fall, and yes, the same leak was present! Clonts is suggesting the leak is coming from another part of the roof, although they can't say where, and have made no attempts to remedy the matter. They have become unresponsive to texts, voicemails, and emails. We have no alternative but to file a complaint with the contractors board and move towards mediation. We are truly hoping they will respond with an agreeable solution. If so, I will of course update this review.

my roof needed replacing a month ago after the rain exposed some leaks. Clonts was quick to come out and give me an estimate and provide me a competitive offer that was fair. I liked their speed of service and the quality of the roof look great!

Had roof leak. Called them and they came out and covered roof while it was raining. Returned after rain stopped and completed repairs. No problems since. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable! I definitely recommend giving them a call. Steven was great.

Very bad experience. The guy came to estimate, left and promsed to give the estimate ASAP. No respond after 2 days, sent a text message, estimate will be sent ASAP(again) beacuse of computer problem (lame excuse) and no news after that. BIG wasting time.

I had my roof done and was very pleased with the job that was done. The next day I noticed one thing that got overlooked and they came out the next day to fix it. Great customer service!!
