A horrible and frustrating experience. We had a new roof installed by this man, who was chosen by our contractor. Don't know if it will leak, but there is a giant dip where water pools up, even in heavy dew. Really obvious problem. Have sent pictures and asked him to respond- nothing. He won't even send the info we need to register our warranty for the roof. Now we will pay more to have part of the new roof ripped off and done right- by someone else.

I was referred to this roofing company for a simple repair to replace paper and composite shingles after a bee hive was removed from my eaves. This company was supposed to show up on a Tuesday afternoon. I waited all day with no one arriving. I left a message on the business phone number voice mail as well as a text asking then to please let me know when they would be coming. I was later told they would send out some guys the following day between 8:30-9:00. Cancelled an appointment so I could be home. Waited, no response to voicemails I left (which were very cordial and simply asked for an answer EITHER WAY if they were coming). I also texted if they could please let me know- it read ""Could you please let us know if you are coming today? Either way- just communicate if you can or can't make it. Thank you."" Polite, to the point, right? Well they are a no show once again with NO call, NO response, NO reply.
If this is they way their customer service is, their roof work must be pretty substandard. Do not use this company- they have no common decency or consideration.
